Automatic Cryptocurrencies Trading
Vorobiev, Nikolaj ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the trading in the cryptocurrency market. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the principles of trading, technical analysis, trading systems and recurrent neural networks. After conducting a search of brokers, Binance is chosen as a trading broker and real-time data provider; CryptoDataDownload is chosen as a historical data provider. After getting acquainted with the technologies used, elements of information trading systems are designed, enabling communication with remote servers and with each other, for the purpose of trading, obtaining and concurrent processing of user's, historical or real-time data. The resulting systems should provide to the user manual, semi-automatic (according to the plan) or automatic (according to the decisions of recurrent neural network, learned on historical data) trading and ability to respond to a change in the market. Furthermore, the thesis moves to the practical level, including implementation and experiments on created systems. In the final part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and the possibilities for improvement and expansion are described.

Library of UI Components for Developing Applications in iOS
Salih, Adam ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
In this thesis I analyse and implement a set of frequently used components that are not part of the standard set of user interfaces. Then I implement these components using the UIKit and SwiftUI libraries. In this work I also focus on the implementation of strongly typed data models. In the end I verify the implementation of the set of components on a demonstration application.
Music Recommendation System
Páleník, Radoslav ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to study and design computer program, which will be able to recognise 10 essential music genres using deep learning. This classification was implemented by convolutional neural network based on Tensorflow framework. This network process audio file into segments in form of spectograms and returns percentual propability of record being classified into specific genre by features found in spectogram.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a mobile application that allows user to use a chatbot to search for interesting places and events in Brno. The application is developed on Android operating system using Kotlin language. It offers the user the possibility of communicating with the chatbot using hint buttons. It is implemented using the Rasa framework. The application offers the possibility to browse all events or places and view their detailed information. The user also has the possibility to view all items on the map. The data is stored on the server in a database where it is managed by the backend. It takes care of storing, processing and filtering the data. It is placed on the server together with the chatbot.
Framework for a Web Internet Service
Hájek, Filip ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a containerized web service, which provides the ability to create and run users' tasks. The task is only an abstraction over some particular implementation of computation. The task runs as a Docker container. The thesis also implements user management and the method of running task charging. The system architecture consists of a REST API web server and a user web environment. Worker applications are an essential component of the system. They start user tasks assigned by the server. The system was implemented using the .NET 6 framework in programming language C#. The run of the service has been simulated in a Docker environment. The service integrates existing Auth0 and Google Cloud Storage services. The result is an internet service deployed on a public cloud server.
SwiftUI User Interface Component for Structured User Inputs
Strýček, Šimon ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of user interface control for the linear selection of values at a given range. The component design considers an intuitive way of selecting numerical values with an emphasis on the high accuracy of its selection. The component itself is designed for selecting single-dimensional and two-dimensional values. The implementation is made for the iOS platform using the SwiftUI framework, made by Apple. The result is in the form of a Swift Package library with a robust interface.
Metabolism of new polysacharidic nanomaterials for biomedicinal applications
Jirátová, Markéta ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor) ; Jirák, Daniel (referee)
Cancer is one of the leading cause of death in modern world, so there is an emerging demand for better diagnostic tools and more specific less toxique therapeutics. Nanoparticles offers characteristics that could fullfill such perspectives. They can easily target tumor by ehanced permeation and retention effect (EPR). Nanoparticles can combine more than one imaging properties, so we can say that they are multimodal, some of them could combine diagnostic and therapeutic molecules in one nanoparticle, which is now highly popular topic of nanoparticles for theranostics . The aim of this thesis was to characterize new multimodal glycogen-based nanoparticle. Glycogen is an ideal structure for nanoparticle design. Glycogen is part of natural dendrimers group which are easily to modify. Glycogen's size is suitable for EPR effect. We have evaluated biological characteristics of five different types of modified glycogen. The in vitro experiments were carried on HepG2 cells. We have set time curve of cellular uptake of this glycogen probes, evaluated cytoplasmatic localization and for the first time we have carried MTT assay. Biodistribution studies on CD1-Nude mice were performed by using non-invasive method for measuring in vivo fluorescence. In conlusion we've provided some of the biological characteristics of new...
Chelating Polymers for the Haemochromatosis Treatment
Groborz, Ondřej ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor) ; Kotek, Jan (referee)
5 Chelating Polymers for the Haemochromatosis Treatment Author: Ondřej Groborz Tutor: Mgr. Martin Hrubý, Ph.D., DSc. Advisors: Ing. Kristýna Kolouchová Ing. Pavel Švec Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, Czech Academy of Sciences Abstract Haemochromatosis is a group of hereditary diseases which are characterised by toxic accumulation of iron in parenchymal organs, leading to organ toxicity and irreversible damage. Currently, there are only a few approved medications for this disease, yet all of them possess severe side effects. Herein, we have proposed a new paradigm for treatment: insoluble polymers with negligible systemic biological availability would form stable complexes with iron ions in the gastrointestinal tract, hence decreasing biological availability of iron. The insolubility of polymers prevents them from being absorbed into the organism in the first place while having no systemic side effects or toxicity. We have prepared polymers with several covalently bound iron-chelating ligands and based on the biological data we selected the most successful chelators for possible future applications. These polymers exhibited negligible resorbability and toxicity, superior in vitro iron chelating activity and their efficacy was proven in an in vivo model. Therefore they could be used as a...
