Parser Systems
Hrstka, Jan ; Martiško, Jakub (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This thesis provides a summary of knowledge of grammar systems. The thesis proposes modifications of parallel oriented grammar systems to be usable in sequential parsing. Concept of grammar systems is extended to level of entire parsers, that are grouped into parsing system. Then the properties of these systems are examined. The aim of thesis is to introduce approaches to syntactic analysis based on grammar systems. Thesis is based on context-free methods of syntactic analysis, extending them and connecting them together. Great attention is dedicated to increase generative capacity of LL and LR parsing. There were created context-free structures within this thesis, which are capable to generate context-sensitive languages. This work also provides a simple recipe for implementation of these structures. We introduced generic concept of parsing, that enlarge generative power of conventional parsing methods. Using presented techniques it is possible to extend many of often used languages with context-sensitive elements, especially elements contradicting with pumping lemma.

Grammar Systems and Parsing Based on Them
Hrstka, Jan ; Martiško, Jakub (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This thesis provides a summary of knowledge of grammar systems. It focuses primarily on sequentially oriented grammar systems. The aim of thesis is to introduce approaches to syntactic analysis base on grammar systems. Thesis is based on context-free methods of syntactic analysis, extending them and connecting them together. It provides recipe for simplification of big context-free grammars using decomposition to cooperating components. Great attention is dedicated to increase generative capacity of LL parsing. There were created structures within this thesis, which are capable to generate context-sensitive languages. This work also provides a simple recipe for implementation of these structures. We introduced LL table based parser, which is capable to parse deterministic context-sensitive languages. Using presented method is possible to extend many of often used languages with context-sensitive elements, especially elements contradicting with pumping lemma.
Alternatives to unconditional imprisonment
Hrstka, Josef ; Tlapák Navrátilová, Jana (advisor) ; Říha, Jiří (referee)
Josef Hrstka: Alternatives to unconditional imprisonment Abstract The main purpose of this thesis called "Alternatives to unconditional imprisonment" lies in the evaluation of the current alternatives to unconditional imprisonment in the Czech penal law focusing mostly on the substantive aspects of alternative punishments in the narrower conception. Author tried to present proposals based on studying literature, laws, judicial decisions and comparison with foreign legislations, which could lead to improving Czech legal regulation in this area. The thesis is composed of 8 chapters. In the introductory chapter readers are informed about content of the thesis, purpose of the thesis and methods used. Next three chapters deal with topics related to the purpose and functions of punishment, the benefits of alternatives to imprisonment and factors, which counteract against the efforts to reduce prison population. Author deemed necessary to analyze purpose of punishment, before he examined specific alternatives. Author tried to show that some conception of the purpose of punishment supports the use of alternatives to imprisonment, but attention must be also paid to social and economic conditions of offenders. He pointed out that the economic advantages of alternatives must be taken only as a supportive argument not...

Maintenance of forest road network
Hrstka, Jakub ; Tománek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Ctibor, Ctibor (referee)
This thesis based on field research deals with the issues of the maintenance of forest roads and the contraventions on these roads located in the cadastral territory of Horní Chobolice and Srdov. The main reasons for planned maintenance is the prevention of bad technical conditions and parameters of substandard roads to ensure good access to the adjacent forest lands. Assessment of the length of forest roads was done using a map server mapy.cz and distance wheel. For evaluation of the conditions forest roads were used a catalog of violations of bitumen roads mentioned in the book The construction , reconstruction and modernization of forest road site. On sections where has been identificated violations, were propose steps and activities for return to their original conditions. To ensure the operability of the forest road network.

Fiberisation of access networks - update
Kuchar, Anton ; Hrstka, J.
Up-to-date information on the progress in implementation of optical access networks abroad and in the Czech Republic is given. Special attention is given to the situation in Europe, progress in this area in France, where mass implementation of optical fibres in access network has already begun, a is described in detail. A list of companies providing access to broadband networks over optical fibre links in the CR is given and the main obstacles to accelerate this process are identified.
