Professional Diseases of Locomotor and Nervous System Caused by Overloading

The professional diseases of the locomotor and nervous system caused by overloading are included according to the list of illnesses in the charter II (diseases made by physical factors) where they are divided according to the particular diagnoses into four items. These diseases affect both the men and women and interfere almost with all sections of economical sphere. With regard to the number of annual report of these problems it belongs to the most represented. That's why prevention is very important, mainly primary one (technical, technological, organizational and medical provisions). The cause of the professional diseases of the locomotor and nervous system caused by straining is the long - termed excessive and unilateral burden of a certain part of this apparatus when impairment of the demage tissues preceeds more quickly than its renovation. Microtraumas arise there gradually and dystrophic changes leading to reducing of promoting the circulation of the damage tissue and to resulting progress of dystrophy. Pain, swelling and disorder of the function of the demage one belong to the first symptoms. Deformations of joints or rupture of sinuos can appear gradually. Diseases Caused by Vibrations

The theme of my thesis due to illness I chose the vibration on the basis of its long-term interest work on medical issues. Effects of environmental factors accompanying mankind throughout its existence and development civilization as a professional activity increasingly affecting his health. The human body constantly has many influences, which is forced to respond. One of these influences, arranged between the factors physical nature, are vibrations. They can lead to professional injuries that cause the highest number of occupational diseases in the Czech Republic. This is mainly a disease caused by transfer of excess vibration on the upper limb at work with various vibrating tools and the overall vibration.
Diseases caused by inhalation of asbest dust

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to describe the impact of inhalation of asbestos fibers on human health, diseases that this exposure to asbestos brings with it and to offer an overview of the number and development of occupational diseases caused by asbestos fibers both in the Czech Republic and the world. By describing the historical development and characteristics of asbestos, we gained an overview of its benefits and long-term use. Obviously, uprooting a material with such excellent properties and so used will be quite challenging. The diseases caused by inhalation of asbestos fibers are described in the second chapter. All the diseases with the exception of acute pleuritis are eligible as occupational diseases under Act 290/1995 Coll. as amended. In the third chapter we described the development of diseases caused by asbestos fibers both in the Czech Republic and in the world, and we described the legislation governing the Czech Republic on asbestos in Chapter 4. To demonstrate a clear link between work with asbestos products and subsequent diseases, we described a case study of Johns Manville Chapter 5. We note that the issue of asbestos has not yet been resolved, but the debate on this issue at global level means that the inhalation of asbestos fibers has ceased to be taken lightly. We...
