The bachelor work is a aiming on problematic of pandemic COVID-19 and its impact on economical situation of a chosen organization in the years 2018-2022.The theoretical part of this work contains important knowledge regarding coronavirus pandemic and the financial analysis indicators are analysed in details here. The financial analysis are then used in the practical part for calculation. In the practical part there is the in-depth description of the chosen subject and the financial analysis will be used to determine the financial and economical situation of the company. The third part describes the precautions, based on results of the financial analyses and contains suggetion for improvement of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of Sonenntor, s.r.o. using financial statements for the period 2016-2022. The evaluation will be perfomed using selected methods of financial analysis. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part is explained theoretical basis. Then follows the practical part, where the selected company is characterized and then analyzed. The third part contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the selected company according to the calculated values it the practical part.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of reconciling personal and professional life in relation to a specific company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background that describes the scientific knowledge in the field of reconciliation of personal and professional life and the processes that are associated with this reconciliation. The second part focuses on the introduction of the selected analysed enterprise and an overview of its economic situation. Furthermore, the section contains of results of the questionnaire survey to which the employees of the analysed enterprise were subjected. In the third part, suggestions are made based on results of the questionnaire survey. They are related to the area of work-life balance, after the application there could be achieved better balance between the personal and professional life of employees.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Zásilkovna s.r.o. during the monitored years 2017-2021. Using methods of financial analysis and based on the use of statements from the company's accounting, the thesis evaluates the financial health and competitiveness of the company Zásilkovna s.r.o., and offers suggestions for improving the company's financial situation, which are based on from its analysis and theoretical knowledge. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, a proposal is offered to increase the profitability of sales by increasing prices and maintaining costs, while the company maintains its position as the cheapest courier company on the market.

This bachelor thesis evaluates the economic and financial situation of Sonnentor s.r.o. before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, i.e. between 2018-2022. In the first part, the concept of the Corona virus is explained, and how it influenced Czech Republic. The economic and market indicators that are used in the analytical part are also described. In the second part of this work, there is an overall evaluation of the results, how this pandemic affected the given company and a comparison with a industry average. The final part contains suggestions for improving the performance of this company.

The focus of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation in DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. for the period 2017-2021 with the proposal of appropriate measures leading to the improvement of the situation. The first part of the work is intended for literary research. Here are characterized the terms needed for the topic that the bachelor's thesis deals with. The second part deals with the calculation of indexes using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. Here are found the values needed for the financial analysis of DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. In the last part of the work, based on the results of the analytical part, measures were proposed that will lead to the improvement of the financial situation in this company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation of Banskobystrický pivovar, a.s. and on proposals for its improvement in the period 2017 – 2021. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the theoretical part, basic terms related to financial analysis are explained. The analytical part contains the introduction of the company and calculations of individual financial idnicators. In the proposal part, based on the results of the analysis, an assessment of the company’s financial situation and proposals leading to its improvements are formulated.

Témou tejto bakalárskej práce sú možnosti vstupu firiem na zahraničné trhy v rámci Európskej Únie. V práci sa bližšie zameriavame na českú spoločnosť ETA a ich potenciál na vstup na dánsky trh. Práca pozostáva z teoretickej, analytickej a praktickej časti v ktorej sa bližšie zameriavame na analýzu nielen dánskeho trhu ale aj spoločnosti a ich možností vstupu. V teoretickej časti sa zameriavam ako na medzinárodný obchod taktiež na rôzne možnosti vstupu. Analytická časť sa bližšie zameriava na spoločnosť ETA a ich produkty ako aj na analýzu dánskeho trhu, analýzy SWOT, PESTE a Poterovú analýzu. V praktickej časti vyberieme jednu možnosť vstupu, ktorú by sme odporučili práve spoločnosti ETA a taktiež zhrnieme náklady spojené so vstupom na nový trh.
