It deals also with the history of this disease, incidence in the population, relation between ontogenetic development and development of the axial system. The thesis also describes the treatment options and introduces the most used method of kineziotherapy. It contains two case studies of the patients with the idiopathic scoliosis where the Vojta method was used as the main method of kinesiotherapy.

The theoretical part describes the anatomy, kinesiology and pelvic region biomechanics as well as pathokinesiology of pelvic disorders. The main part of the thesis focuses on the coccyx and pelvic floor syndrome, its diagnostic and therapeutic methods, clinical symptoms, complex therapeutic rehabilitation and the prognosis. The practical part includes case histories of two coccygodynia patients, their examination and physiotherapy methods carried out in an outpatient clinic. The thesis finishes with evaluation and a comparison of the results of both patients' therapies.
Physiotherapy of the pelvic floor muscle disfunction in women after multiple births

The Bachelor's thesis deals with a pelvic floor dysfunction with focus on the stress incontinence. It describes the influence of pelvic floor dysfunction on the deep stabilization system of the spine, the urinary tract function, the sexual function and partner and social life of the patients. In the Bachelor's thesis are summarized available information on the pelvic floor dysfunction and the stress incontinence. In the practical part are processed three casuistries of patients with the stress incontinence occurrence after two or more deliveries. The casuistries focus on complex kinesiological examination, including palpation vaginal examination pursuant to the PERFECT scale, diagnosis and course of the therapy and individual approach to the patients. The thesis adverts also to the quality of life change and the fact that the pelvic floor dysfunction can manifest itself at any age.

It describes basic anatomy relations concerning different shoulder girdle as well as their important interconnection and efficiency of movement in a whole plait, biomechanics and kinesiology. Purpose of this thesis, in the theoretical section, is to present a summary based on available literature and resources about this diagnosis and comprehensive procedures compendium. In the practical section this knowledge has been utilized during the treatment of two patients. Furthermore, the comparison of conservative approach and operative solution has been presented.

The first part summarizes the current knowledge of Czech and foreign professional literature and emphasizes the proper recognition of the causes of trigger point and the selection of appropriate therapy. The empirical section aims to present a possible TrP therapy the example of two patients with pain in the lower back section with referred pain in the lower limbs. For this case study study were selected these methods of applied therapy : ischemic compression, soft tissue techniques, physiotherapy and ultrasound - electro therapy. The probands were also examined for Podoskop.
