The master´s thesis is aimed at the European Union points at issue and to this related European funds that can be the source of finances for the establishment of the leisure zone in Humpolec. The aim of the thesis is to project the financing for the establishment of a leisure zone at the “Hadina” pond surroundings with the aim to adapt the surrounding to various free time activities as well as to an active use by the inhabitants of all generations.

Patients' Satisfaction with the Approach of Healthcare Providers to Post - Operative Pain Management.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of healthcare providers' approach to postoperative pain. The work is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes pain, its distribution and perception. It also deals with pain diagnostics. The pathophysiology of postoperative pain, the negative effect of pain on organ systems and factors affecting pain are described here. At the end of the theoretical part, multidisciplinary care for a patient with pain and the principles of proper patient education are presented. The empirical part describes the research investigation. The research was carried out in the form of a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire, which was distributed to patients after surgery at the Orthopedic-trauma clinic in one of the Prague university hospitals. The aim was to determine the overall satisfaction of patients with the approach of healthcare providers to postoperative pain. Key words: postoperative pain, pain, approach
