The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a house with a studio. Building site is situated on the periphery of the town Bystré u Poličky. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.

Veterinary clinic

The subject of this diploma thesis is a proposal of the veterinary clinic in Pardubice. The object consists of 3 rectangles, where zverimex is connected to the veterinary clinic. Objects of the zverimex are veterinary clinic are designed as barrier-free. Object SO01 is partly solved as a two-storey, non-cellar. In the first part of the clinic there is a shop of zverimex with office and stock of rectangular shape. In the second part there is a reception for a veterinary clinic with a distinct entrance from where access is to of individual surgeries. In the inner part, there are offices of doctors, such as operating theaters, preparation rooms, CT, RTG, sono / endo / laparo, a laboratory connected with the infectious ward, a rehabilitation center and individual pet boxes. On the 2nd floor there are wardrobes and social facilities for the staff of the clinic with offices and day room, from where it is possible to enter the outdoor terrace. Hygienic facilities for visitors to the clinic are located in the entrance hall. For zverimex staff is designed at the back of the shop, the staff of the clinic is part of the closets in the 1st floor and 2nd floor. The construction system is a wall with a flat vegetation roof passing into the terraces on the terraces above the 1st NP, the roof above the entrance and over the 2nd NP, zverimex with the roof unobstructed. Ceiling structures are designed as pre-tensioned SPIROLL 320 mm ceiling panels. The exterior of the building of the clinic, which extends only to the 1st floor, is lined with red brick tiles and in the part of the building above which is the 2nd floor, the outside wall is lined with brick-gray cladding.

Retirement residence

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of the retirement residence in the city of Zlín. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors. On the first floor, there is a main-entrance which is oriented on the north-west. The entrance of the garden is oriented to the south-east. On the first floor, there are a canteen, cafe, facilities for employees, stair, mechanical´s room, and doctor´s office. On the second floor, there are 17 housing until, common room, drying room, and cleaning´s room. On the third floor, they are 13 housing until, two common room, drying room, cleaning´s room and terrace with the view to the garden. In the building is designed roofed atrium who is constituted with a light curtain wall. In the building is designed exterior steel stair who is oriented to the garden. Supporting system building is the frame with prestressed ceiling panels. The building is without a cellar, roofed with flat roofs

Montane Recreation complex, Wellness & Spa

The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Master´s thesis premises designed Health centre Sadová on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building has thirteen medical equipment with facilities, pharmacy, health food store, optics and refreshment. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The structural systém is cast-in-place concrete frame. The infill wall in basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks and the ground floors are walled with clay blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has thermal insulation and cladding with fibre cement board.

Apartments building in Český Těšín

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in Český Těšín. The detached building has two above-ground and one underground floor. There are 8 flats of different sizes on the above floors. The sizes of the flats are 1 room, 2 rooms and 3 rooms. The underground floor is intended for garages, technical facilities and cellar. The structure is based on strip fundations. The external wall is disigned of Porotherm ceramic bloks with integrated mineral wool. Internal loadbearing and non-loadbearing mansory are also made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The external wall of the basement is bulit of the concrete bloks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforceted concrete slabs. The roofing of the building consists of a warm flat roof.

Boarding house "Losinka"

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey boarding house with a restaurant and an apartment for the boarding house manager in Velké Losi-ny. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is intended for accommodation of persons, for recreation, catering in a restaurant and for living in one accommodation unit. There will be 15 accommodation rooms with a capacity of 38 persons, massages in 1S and a restaurant with kitchen in the 1st floor. Air-conditioning units will be designed in the kitchen and restaurant. The main entrance to the boarding house is from the north side, the entrance to the restaurant is oriented to the southeast, the entrance to the household and the housing unit on the south-east side. Apart from the entrance to the accommodation unit, all entrances are accessible by wheelchair access. The house has a regular rectangular letter shape and is behind the roof pitched gable roof. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest and southeast. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks lost in the bed on the underground floor. The horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete cross-reinforced and one-side reinforced ceiling slabs. The project was developed using the educational version of the computer program AutoCad and Archicad. Emphasis was placed on the layout, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of exhibition gallery in the city center of Brno. The exhibition gallery consist of exhibition rooms, depositories, lecture hall, café, VIP room, entrance and communication spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, administrative premises of the gallery, air-conditioning and heating machinery. The SO01 object is processed in detail, the object SO02 is processed in the form of a study. Design of the exhibition gallery is based on the requirements of the student competition, the sponsor is Xella CZ, s.r.o. SO01 is designed as a four-storey building with three above-ground and one underground floors. The building has an exhibition area, a lecture hall, a café, a VIP room, entrance and communicative spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, air-conditioning machinery. The supporting structure of the building is designed as an assembled, prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton. Ceiling structures are designed as SPIROLL 250 mm pre-stressed ceiling panels. The facade is designed as two-layer ventilated. The exhibition gallery is designed with a single-layer flat vegetation roof.

Apartments building with pharmacy

Bachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building with pharmacy on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building is separated into two independent function parts. Dominant part is residential area, formed by ten residential units and the other part is an establishment – pharmacy. Both parts have separated entrances so they do not limit each other in service. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has exterior contact thermal insulation system ETICS.

Retirement center in Velké Poříčí

It is about new-built Retirement center standing alone in the cadaster unit of the town Velké Poříčí. The building has four- floors without basement. It is located in flat terrain near the river in quiet location. The house is built as letter L form. The Retirement center is adapt for disabled people. In the first floor is dining room, doctor´s office, part for employees and technical facilities for house. In the second and third floors are apartments. There are 12 single rooms for one person, 6 single rooms for pair with sleeping in one room and 4 apartments for couple with separated bedroom. In the fourth floor is access to roof terrace. The structural systém of the building is composed of precast concrete frame by Prefa, infill wall from ceramic masonry. Vertical structures are built by prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The building has ventilated facade with mineral wool with facade cladding. The roof is warm flat roof with half intensive green roof.
