The theoretical part will define the basic concepts including business plan and its structure. The practical part will contrive suggestions and future plans for a new business plan and strategy of the firm.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutiable option of financing of curtain project in the company and make a comparison with other ways of financing and finding if there is financing of the curtain project from Europion Union subsidies in the company. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about regional policy and opportunities of financing from Europion Union funds. The second part is aimed to present the company Tuhlářství XYZ and it´s market position based on SWOT analysis. Then there is an identify of opportunity of investment project and summary of it´s financing. Then there is evaluation of opportunities of financing with of without Europion Union subsidy.

The Evaluation of Development Project

The master's thesis is focused on evaluation of development project for the purpose of recommendation, how the company should continue with the project in the future. The analysis of the commercial real estate market and evaluation of up-to-date financial results are included. In the practical part, alternatives of selling the project and the prediction of future progress in case of lease-continuation are compared.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a real business plan for the establishment of a sporting goods store in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge, about the business plan and business itself. In the analytical part of the thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation is carried out, on the basis of which our own solutions are developed. At the end of the thesis, overall evaluations of the feasibility of the project are made.

An analysis of external factors and the company's own proposal for financing the business activities of MSC s.r.o.

The bachelor thesis deals with choosing the right form for financing business activities. In my work I focused on the issue of car financing in the company and there will be discussed other financing options. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical definition of the work. The second part introduces the company and its assets. Furthermore, the work deals with the use of financing options in practice. The third part contains selected, the most advantageous forms of financing business activities.
