Title: Imagination and Self-Talk in Psychological Training of MMA Objectives: The main goal of this work is to summarize current literary knowledge in the field of self-talk and imagination and their connection with the needs of psychological training in MMA. Methods: Interpretation, summary and comparison of study results and theoretical knowledge. Results: Relationships between self-talk and imagination and MMA have been found. Their application can have a positive effect on managing anxiety, increase self-confidence and motivation, regulate current mental states and also increase the performance of athletes. Key words: Mixed martial arts, mental training, inner speech.
