NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The proposal responds to the existing buildings and historic buildings. An important feature is the strong position of the corner. The proposed building follows the shields leading into the area in addition to the mass based on historical buildings at the corner position. Then again, goes inside the block and creating a tranquil courtyard mass public buildings Vignetting from the noisy street intersection Bratislaská - Stará - Körnerova. Staré Brno revitalization is mainly about reurbanisation and "city growing into itself".In my project I am trying to solve problems with transportation in Mendlovo namesti junction and I am creating new town spaces and squares in area that used to be a factory area of factory Kras and than turned into brownfields.
