In this section I also describe the demographic, economic and social influences involved, and the projection of changes in society into the running of the schools. Innovations in education also lead to change in personnel work, where I consider the motivation of workers, remuneration, social status, stress but also burnout syndrome. The practical section is devoted to the strategic management of change in the area of recruitment of apprentice, and here I base my conclusions on quantitative research that I myself carried out. In qualitative research I identified the overall structure of the intake of pupils at high school and the demands on the teacher arising from it. Since the research showed that there were increasing demands on the teacher to employ an individual approach to students, I propose ways in which teachers can meet and cope with these raised demands.
