Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of financial situation of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a. s. using selected methods of financial analysis for the period 2012-2017. This work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical basis. In the second part, financial analysis methods are applied to the competing national company Budějovický Budvar and it is followed by the last part, which contains financial proposal of improvement.
Evidence securing in virtual environment

The bachelor thesis deals with evidence securing in virtual environment. The main goal is to suggest suitable virtual environment for evidence securing which can be used in prosecution. As the next the tools that are suitable for safe securing of evidence are described. With the help of selected tools the sample of malware is secured and then the sample is analyzed and described. The suggested environment is used to evidence gathering within the frame of simulated security incident.
Utilization of grant sources for investment in the municipality

The bachelor thesis deals with the investment of municipalities using the subsidies from the European Union. The first part of the thesis is practical and will acquaint us with specific concepts of investment and the use of subsidies from the European Union. On the second part, is assessed the specific of using subsidy resources in the municipality. A public contract and contract financing are described. Finally, an assessment of the influence on the development of the municipality is described.

This diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of corporate tax in the Czech Republic and Austria. The theoretical part deals in general with the taxes and tax systems of both countries. The next part is focused on the analysis and comparison of corporate tax in the Czech Republic and Austria. This issue is further illustrated on the selected company for the tax period 2020. Finally, is proposed a procedure for the further business of the company.

Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Title: Physiotherapy during COVID-19 pandemic within patients with sclerosis multiplex Abstract: This work focuses on the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention in patients with multiple sclerosis who experience persistent symptoms after recovering from COVID-19 infection. The main aspects of therapeutic intervention include physical therapy and respiratory physiotherapy. The theoretical part of the work introduces the issue of post-COVID syndrome and delves into its terminology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevalence of clinical symptoms, and therapeutic possibilities from both general and physiotherapeutic perspectives. Another part is dedicated to the characterization of multiple sclerosis itself, providing a detailed description of the basic characteristics of this disease. In the concluding section of the theoretical part, topics such as pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, and physical therapy are thoroughly discussed. Selected physiotherapeutic approaches in patients suffering from postcovid syndrome with special focus on the diaphragm

This bachelor's thesis aims to describe the effect of a combination of selected physiotherapeutic methods on the condition of patients with post-covid syndrome. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part are discussed in more detail the topics of Covid-19, the post-covid syndrome, the diaphragm, its anatomy, functions, its influence on the organism and functional limitations and also is discussed the topic of the fascial system. Diaphragm therapy methods are also described, especially the methods practiced in this work - visceral manipulation, osteopathic fascial release techniques and Vojta's reflex locomotion. In the practical part is more discussed the methodology of this work including data collection, methods, patient selection criteria, the goal of the work, and case studies of 3 patients with breathing problems classifiable as post-covid syndrome. In order to evaluate the effect of the therapy, the initial and final examinations, respiratory amplitude values, 2 quality of life questionnaires and selected functional tests focusing on the state of the deep stabilization system and the involvement of the diaphragm are evaluated. Martina Havlová Title: Solving respiratory dysfunctions caused by long Covid using combination of physiotherapeutic tools and yoga principles Abstract: This thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention combined with the principles of yoga in patients with long Covid with respiratory dysfunctions. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of the issues of long Covid. It deals with its terminology, epidemiology, risk factors, and multisystem clinical symptoms. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the treatment of long Covid and the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention, mainly through respiratory physiotherapy. Selected exercises and techniques of respiratory physiotherapy as well as selected yoga positions and techniques suitable for dealing with long Covid are described in more detail. Interactive elements in a fairy-tale book for children and youth

Theoretical-practical thesis deals with a fairy-tale book for children, which carries elements of interactivity. Initially, the relationship between story, text and illustration is explained. Furthermore, the thesis deals with fairy tale as a literary genre, which has certain specific elements. Subsequently it deals with book illustration and introduces selected world and Czech illustrator personalities. It also focuses on books by one author and on long-term cooperating authors. Then the following chapter examines interactivity in the book. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the writer Karel Jaromír Erben and his fairy tales, which appear in the elaboration of the book, whose implementation is described in the practical part. The work is supplemented with a picture attachment and photo documentation.
