Vliv e-komerce na způsoby distribuce

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of an e-commerce on traditional means of distribution. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the impact of e-business on distribution methods, with a particular focus on e-shops as well as online grocery shopping. The first part of the thesis will define basic concepts regarding e-commerce and B2C market. The second part contains the analysis. There will be descriptive development trends and current examples of e-commerce, including its comparisons.

The diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour on the real estate market. The thesis brings an assessment of the Czech real estate market with regard to the housing segment including its development and deals with factors affecting the availability of housing. The biggest attention was concern to economic, socio-demographic, financial and cost factors. The thesis results recommendations and measures that could lead to an improvement in the situation of housing on the Czech real estate market, for example the necessity to amend the Building Act and the definition of the Social Act, to increase the volume of loans of poor-income households, to abolish the real estate acquisition tax etc.

Evaluation of the economic progress and conception of a financial management strategy of the company Metalurgie Rumburk s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial management of the company Metalurgie Rumburk s.r.o. and its results in the term 2008 to 2014 using the methods of strategy and financial analysis, to identify its strenghts and weaknesses and last but not least to design a basic financial strategy based on the knowlegde gained from all the analyses made. The first part of this thesis is theoretic and it describes the theoretical base and methods of strategy and financial analysis and the terms connected to them. In the second part of the thesis which is practical the mentioned methods will be applied to the analyzed company and their results will be evaluated with an emphasis on identifying the causes of any major changes in the progress. The most important results will be summarized in the conclusion of this thesis where I will state the strenghts and weaknesses and based on them create a basic financial strategy. Some of the conclusions are for example how the company overcame the world financial crises and the fact that the last analyzed year was the most succesfull for them.

Financial analysis of company Kendrion (Prostějov) s. r. o.

The main aim of this Bachelor´s Thesis is an elaboration of financial situation in Kendrion (Prostějov) s. r. o. company. Subject of the analysis are years 2010 - 2014. The Bachelor´s Thesis consist of two main parts, namely in to the methodological part and the practical part. The methological part is focused on procedures for calculating individual indicators, explanation of financial terms and explanation of methods used. Practical part is focused on company introduction, the analysis of absolute ratios and financial ratios, Du Pont analysis, Altman bankruptcy model and comparasion with a competitors. In the conclusion there is a summarization of the results of the financial analysis.

Economic analysis of the project of a biogas power plant in the Czech Republic

In recent years, the society is more interested in the use of renewable source of energy, which is related to the establishment of biogas power plants. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic benefits of investing in a particular project of biogas power plant where social impacts will not be the main indicator. In the methodological part is defined methodology (static and dynamic methods of investment decision making, sensitivity analysis). Followed by the introduction of the investor and the project. In the analytical part is evaluated the project from an economic point of view and ways of sales compared with use of biogas feed-in tariffs and green bonuses. The thesis also includes assessment of the impacts of investment from the economic, social and environmental point of view.

Financial analysis of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.

The goal of this thesis is to perform external financial analysis of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. in the period from 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2011. In the methodological part are defined used methods (horizontal and vertical analysis, balance sheet rules, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE, working capital, EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models). This section is followed by brief introduction of company. For the analytical part were used financial statements. The thesis also contains comparison with competitors in the telecommunications activities (T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s.).
