Systems Reliability Analysis using Monte Carlo Approach
Kučírek, Vojtěch ; Havlíková, Marie (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
Master’s thesis is focused on the technical systems reliability analysis. The first part of the thesis contains the description of the most commonly used reliability parameters and random variable probability distributions. Reliability of a human operator is described in the separate chapter. In the next part of the thesis are mentioned different types of reliability diagrams and methods of reliability analysis. Reliability analysis using Monte Carlo approach is described in the extra chapter. In the thesis are described several software tools, which can be used for systems reliability analysis. Design of PLC system with a human operator is done in the thesis. Reliability analysis using Monte Carlo approach is done on the designed PLC system. Results of Monte Carlo approach are compared with analytically calculated values and with values from reliability software.
Automatic switch range for AC-DC etalon Fluke 792A
Trojan, Martin ; Šíra,, Martin (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The main topic of this Master's Thesis is design and implementation of mechanical connection between the automatic range switch unit and the AC-DC Transfer Standart Fluke 792A. This Master's Thesis contains theoretical analysis of the the AC-DC Transfer Standart Fluke 792A and of stepper motors. Followed the choosing of appropriate drive. In next chapter is the theoretical analysis of automatic range switch unit, used microcontroller and the description of the GPIB. Last part of this Master's Thesis describes design of mechanical connecting part and the selection of appropriate sensors for sensing the current position of the shading component.
Heart transplantation in the Czech republic by economic view: international comparison
Havlíková, Marie ; Janíčko, Martin (advisor) ; Čermáková, Klára (referee)
In my bachelor thesis, I primarily focus on the economy of heart transplantation. At first there is an important topic of health economy and its specific features. Then I go deeper in the topic and mention the economy of transplantation, supply and demand of organs and define donors and the recipients of organs. I also describe the legal system of transplantation and organ donation and mention the history of heart transplantations (HTX). The second part of my thesis is concerned with the situation of heart transplantations in the USA. I compare how the situation about HTX changed there during the last decades and how is it with the costs and payments. Finally, the third part of my thesis deals with the heart transplantations in the Czech Republic and another six European countries. Using the econometric model, I try to estimate the average waiting period for heart transplantation and its determinants.
Laboratory power supply
Tománek, Radek ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
Paper compares several types of power supply from the point of view of output parameter, engineering solution and applied potentiality. Analysis of methods used in power supplies are followed with multipurpose power supply design. Last part includes example of measuring performed with designed power supply.
Programmable resistance decade
Pavliska, Vojtěch ; Sitta, Michal (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
Subject of this work is description of programmable resistance decade M632 from company Meatest. Description will include construction, functionality and practical usage. Principles are described on basis of real resistor and it‘s connection in electrical circuit. Next part is focused on most important components of M632 followed by part describing functional units and control of resistance decade. Last part focuses on measurement design of resistor and its dependence on frequency with Caliber programme.
Operating parameters of LED light sources
Janík, Daniel ; Mikulka, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the basic photometric quantities and operating parameters of LED light sources, according to which the light sources are evaluated and compared. The thesis examines effects of high temperature and elevated stress on LED retrofits and a design of measurement methods to measure these influences. According to the proposed methods, nine samples of light sources were measured and compared to each other on a basis of the measurements. Comparison was made from the point of view of the energy as well as the quality of the produced light. The results were also compared to the parameters specified by the producers.
Influence of operating temperature on the measurement uncertainty for multimeters
Kuba, Jan ; Havlíková, Marie (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the standard uncertainties multimeter according to GUM for direct measurement of DC voltage at different enviromental temperatures. Are designed procedures for calculating uncertainties of DC voltage at different enviromental temperatures.
DC electronic load
Pavloň, Martin ; Kapinus, Tomáš (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This document deals with description and measuring on the electronic loads, also describes user interface, working modes and electronic protections. Compares technical parameter of individual electronic loads. Discuss differences between resistive and electronic loads. Propose method to verify static and dynamic load. In the last part it deals with measuring on the electronic loads, according to proposed methods and with processing of measure data.
Measurement automation of simple electrical circuit
Gála, Michal ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This document is about theoretical description of behavior simple circuits 1. regulations. Next page of this document describes the possible automated programming circuits 1. regulations. Programming using SCPI characters that are filling of the blocks in the LabVIEW. Finally describes created application of the measure the amplitude and phase transfer
Measurement of precise capacitance decade in environmental chamber
Schinneck, Jakub ; Bartoň, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the control capacitance decade in a climatic chamber. The theoretical part introduces a capacitance decade M525 of the MEATEST company and the program Caliber of the same company. It introduces the methods of capacitance measurement. In the bachelor’s thesis there is the calculation of the uncertainty of measuring devices. On the basis of the lowest uncertainty, we choose the most suitable measuring device. The practical part describes the measuring with the use of prepared procedure for verification of the capacitance of programmable decade. The last part contains the evaluation of the measurement results and their comparison with the manufacturer's specifications.
