Crime prevention Prevention specifics of cybercrime on social networks Abstract (EN): Criminality is the most serious social problem, and therefore it is necessary to prevent the crime and not merely punish it. Crime prevention aims at creating a better standard of human life in all its aspects with eliminating undesirable phenomena in society. Criminality adapts to the evolution of the society. The most dynamically developing form of crime is cybercrime. The subject of this thesis is to compile an up-to-date picture of crime prevention predominantly focusing on cybercrime. The thesis is conceptually divided into two parts, the first deals with crime and its prevention in general, while the other focuses on the specifics of cybercrime. The first part of the thesis briefly defines the relevant terms such as criminality, criminalization and decriminalization, criminogenic factors, relapse, criminology, penology, victimology, crime control, repression and prevention. It also systematizes crime prevention and focuses on the classification via the content or the target (social, situational and victimological), and via the addressees as well (primary, secondary and tertiary). Compensation for injury to the natural rights of man

This rigorosum thesis deals with the harm to natural rights of men and its compensation after a private-law recodification. As part of the problem addressed, the main objective of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of claims for compensation for immaterial harm that the injured and the so-called secondary victims may assert against the wrongdoer when their natural rights are infringed following the effect of the new civil code (i.e. after 1 January 2014). An introduction into the problem and outline of the related current legislative changes is given in chapter one. The second chapter discusses the general meaning of the term natural rights of men and gives an overview of individual provisions of the first head of the new the civil code, which openly recognizes such rights and provides for their protection. The third chapter, being a theoretical one, provides answers to the question of what prerequisites must be complied with to give rise to an obligation of the wrongdoer to compensate for the harm to the natural rights of men. This chapter represents a general input for a more detailed analysis of the new compensation system. Environmental education programme "Every hill has different plants"

The programme ,JEvery hill has different plants'' is outdoor programme and is tailormade to Prokop Valley in Prague. The programme is focused on the recognizing of plant species, the adaptation of plants and the rules for protected territory. The programme lasts three hours and is concipiated for students of higher grade of elementary school as well as students of lawer grade of secondary school. The participans of the programme always play the main role in each activity. The activities are builded-up on cooperation and game. The programme makes use of animated nature. It works with concrete botanic species.
