Unconscious processes in the supervision of professionals working with people with borderline personality disorder

A qualitative research study inspired by the grounded theory method, analyzing four semi- structured interviews with experienced, psychodynamically oriented supervisors, concerning the possibility of differentiating unconscious phenomena in the supervision of helping professionals, based on the diagnosis of assisted clients. The study is closely focused on the manifestations of supervisors in unconscious processes in supervision, working with people with borderline personality disorder.
