Vytvoření výukového 3D modelu vysoké pece v programu SolidWorks

The aim of this thesis is to create an educational 3D model of the blast furnace in the CAD software SolidWorks, which can be used for a possible presentation in a virtual reality. It is possible to present the basic parts of the blast furnace on the final model and use it to explain the production of the pig iron. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the fundamental parts of the blast furnace and the process of production of pig iron. The theoretical part also describes the creation of models in SolidWorks. In the practical part, a model is created together with an engineering drawing documentation. The creation of the blast furnace model is described here step by step and the resulting model is com-pared with models from other authors and with alternative design solutions of the blast furnace.

My work is about personal and family finance from the view of financial consulting which is my job for three years. My work is divided into 2 main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I write about financial planning, how to do it, by the medium of whom and so on and about financial consulting, about principles and system of this job. In the practical part I write about the main parts of financial deciding - living, assurance and reserve, preparation for pension and preparation finance for children. I draw on my own experience and from the presentated literature.

Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda je možné teoretické poznatky z oblasti získávání, výběru a adaptace pracovníků úspěšně aplikovat i v oblasti obchodu a budování obchodních týmů. Postupy popsané v teoretické části jsou doplněny praktickými poznatky autora z oblasti získávání, výběru a adaptace pracovníků do obchodního týmu společnosti OVB Allfinanz. V praktické části je popsána účast obchodního týmu společnosti OVB Allfinanz na veletrhu pracovních příležitostí Šance na VŠE a její výsledky.
