Hydrostatic, deformation and piston pressure gauges
Gregor, Kamil ; Turygin, Andrei (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with barometers, especially the principle of their function. The topic of this thesis is hydrostatic barometers, which work on the principle of hydrostatic power; deformation barometers, which measure pressure on the basis of elastic deformation; and finally force barometers, which measure force derived from the pressure applied on a specific area inside the barometer. The first part of the thesis focuses on diagnostics using barometers. An example of practical application of diagnostics is presented, too. In the second part of the thesis there is a practical example of using barometers in diagnostics.
Maintenance system of a manufacturing line
Němeček, Jakub ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a new maintenance system of a powder coating line at ABB. The theoretical part describes history of maintenance, used maintenance methods, and types of organizational structure. The practical part describes the current state of maintenance of the production line, analysis of the situation, and subsequently design of the new maintenance system.
Principles of maintenance of the TPM method
Kartali, Csaba ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Řezníčková, Hana (advisor)
In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with description of maintenance, historical development of maintenance and characterizes each systems of maintenance. Furthermore it provides a short comparison of two modern maintenance methods of RCM and TPM, with more detailed picture of the TPM method and also mentions the basic supporting methods used to determine the critical areas in production processes and in maintenance. The practical part of the thesis propounds a suitable proposal for TPM implementation in a manufacturing company.
Proactive diagnostics and monitoring of the state of three phase asynchronous motors in industrial company
Holub, Ondřej ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the proactive diagnostics and monitoring of state of the three phase asynchronnous motors in industrial company Bosch Diesel Jihlava. In master thesis is designed diagnostics system based on the selected suitable diagnostics methods and other appropriate process monitors the status of these technical equipments.
Contact and non-contact method of surface texture evaluation
Harčarík, Matej ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
The goal of this thesis was to create an overview of methods of surface texture evaluation, to analyse measurements of roughness profile parameters made with contact instruments and non-contact instrument Talysurf CCI Lite and to deduce practical recommendations from them. Based on measurements made, analyses of influence of cut-off settings on roughness measurement and of measurement variability were performed. Steps of the measurement process requiring special attention were identified. The output of this thesis is a proposal of measurement procedure for Talysurf CCI Lite.
Principles of maintenance of the TPM method
Plančar, Jakub ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Řezníčková, Hana (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint with the maintenance system, allocation, and types of maintenance in the mechanical engineering companies. Especially do introduction to the principles of maintenance of the TPM method.
Contribution to the Evaluation of Dissolved Gas Analysis in Power Oil Transformer Diagnosis
Ministr, Martin ; Szabó,, Radek (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the evaluation of the dissolved gas analysis in the power oil transformer diagnosis. This thesis derives from known, in standards, directives and literature shows realities which are fill in new pieces of knowledge as determining of gases important for evaluation of the transformer condition, specifying of current methods accuracy and investigating of accuracy change for interpretation of dissolved gases. The part of this thesis is the application of mathematic methods for detailed description of individual transformer failures and determining of dominant gas which are generating in power oil transformer. Obtain conclusion will be contribution for transformer diagnostics and will be applicable in industrial practice.
On-line diagnostic monitoring systems for vibration of machines
Cirhanová, Iva ; Prostredník, Daniel (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic monitoring systems of machine vibration. First of all, a technical diagnosis with a focus on diagnostic methods, means and diagnostic systems is generally described. Special attention is paid to vibrodiagnostics and termodi-agnostics. In the next part of the thesis there are on-line diagnostic monitoring systems, their parameters and their use in technical practice. Emphasis is placed on systems from SKF, ADASH and ifm electronic. The systems are compared and the economic aspect is briefly outlined. In the bachelor thesis is also evaluated.
8D report as a tool for improving the quality of production
Machová, Lenka ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis is focused on the quality as a means of effective production. Furthermore, it demonstrates individual methods, which are relevant in quality improvement . The procedures and a method 8D that were chosen are described in detail. Such as beneficial funds for quality improvement. The method 8D is considered the most effective mode. In order to achieve these objectives is provided minutely delineation of individual steps of the strategy. The main objective of this work is an analysis of a specific example for business practice. Moreover, it elucidates solutions of the 8D complaint report usage.
Contact and Non-contact Method of Surface Roughness Evaluation
Špačková, Magda ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis includes an overview of surface roughness profile parameters‘ evaluation methods. Measurement of twelve samples was carried out using a Talysurf CCI Lite non-contact instrument, and a Taylor Hobson Surtronic 25 contact profiler. An analysis of differences in results of evaluation of selected profile parameters was performed based on these measurements. The conclusions of this thesis include practical recommendations for use of contact and non-contact instruments for surface roughness evaluation.
