Cost optimization in a company which is offering sales and repair services

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the costs of the chosen company and through the analysis suggest provisions which will lead to costs optimization. The practical part starts with introducing the company, which was chosen for this thesis. Then the analysis of operating and financial cost is made. The optimization suggestions of selected costs are based on this analysis.

Communication in chosen company

The aim of my bachelor work is to analyze communication in a chosen company and suggest possible changes to improve it. Literary research explain communication in general and then it focuses on the communication with the customers. Practical part was based on questionnaire, which tries to find out how customer perceive communication with the chosen company and how company perceive communication with customers. This research was done in a company STN-ESOX spol. s r.o.

Family in socio-educational context

The diploma paper targets an influence of social events to evolution of a person within the frame of a family and possibilities of education against negative impacts of social events. The aim of this paper is to map current situation in the problematic of social events and possibilities of social help; theoretically and practically verify the extend of its influence upon education in Czech families and institutions of foster families; and show possibly solutions by the means of correct educational instrumentality. Possibilities and limits of education in a traditional family and foster families in SOS villages were defined by using analyses of main social events and their significance for functionality of a family, comparison of a current family and foster families. There is a conformity and difference in actual problems, educational approaches, value structure. Causal relationship of influence of social events to quality of educational instrumentality upon an individual was confirmed. Problematika rovnovážného reálného měnového kurzu v České a Slovenské republice

The presented diploma thesis deals with theory of equilibrium exchange rate. The aim of this work is to estimate the real equilibrium exchange rate for the Czech and Slovak Republic, using behavioral equilibrium exchange rate and permanent equilibrium exchange rate. The research is focused time series of macroeconomic variables in the period from 2000:Q1 to 2013:Q4. In conclusion, there is a comparison of the estimated equilibrium exchange rates with the real effective exchange rates.

Women on parental leave and their return to labour market

This thesis is focused on the situation of women - mothers in the Czech labor market as a vulnerable population groups. The work comprehensively analyzes the current system of support for women on maternity leave and subsequent return to the labor market. The theoretical part provides basic concepts and institutions associated with the harmonization of work and family life of women. The analytical part is focused on the causes of insecure women, which are captured from different angles: women, employers, and experts such as sociologists and psychologists. The analysis also provides a comparison of the CR family policy with selected European countries. To better illustrate, the work included a survey that was conducted in the South Region by the questionnaire method. In conclusion this thesis, there are summarizes most important findings detected during processing of the topic.
