Business plan of private occupational therapy practice

This master thesis presents the field of Occupational Therapy within rehabilitation care and points out the possibilities of its use in follow-up care and field outpatient practice. The thesis aims at the elaboration of a business plan for establishing an Occupational Therapy private practice, which would provide Occupational Therapy service and rehabilitation for people with lasting functional deficit in their own social environment or in an Occupational Therapy outpatient department. The theoretic part focuses on the theoretic basis of business, requirements for establishing of a private practice and concept of strategic management and analysis. It continues with the structure of business plan and presents the field of Occupational Therapy, its history, actual situation and position within the comprehensive care. The practical part contains an analytic part describing the exhaustive strategic analysis, of which the results are summarized in a SWOT analysis, and a research describing the survey inquiry among physicians authorized to prescribe the Occupational Therapy. Data boxes: expectation versus reality

In connection with the effect of Act No. 300/2008 Coll. about "Electronic Actions and the Authorized Conversion of Documents" was established a key project data box for communication with public authorities. In the beginning of this work I will deal with the communication of administrative organizations and public sector institutions, I will define the basic concepts, background, principles and internal and external communication in public administration. Within the work I will describe the information and communication technologies that contribute to facilitate communication between citizens and authorities, but also among the authorities themselves, particularly I will focus on the project data box. Another part of this work will map the development of data boxes, specifically I will analyze the outstanding issues and risks during the implementation process data boxes. The aim of the thesis project will be the evaluation of the data box, his confrontation with the reality and the answers to the question of whether the data boxes met the expected target mailbox or not.

Monitoring women age structure in the highest handball league"WHIL".\\

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse changes of age structures of women players in the highest handball league ``WHIL{\crqq}. There are collected data from protocols from particular matches in matrixes and graphs. These data are divided according to the teams in individual seasons. We can analyse and compare those figures. Results show changes of age structure in particular teams and how did the age average of the whole league change in particular seasons.
