Draft investment plan households in the Czech Republic

This thesis titled Draft Investment Plan Czech households is dedicated to the diversification of funds into investment instruments based on observed monthly net income and mandatory spending. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the investment and savings tools and methodology for the calculation of the final amount of the saved and evaluated. The methodology of calculations, in the same part describes the procedure for calculating values achieved. In the practical part of the proposed plan of allocation of financial resources of households, which differ in the amount of monthly income and choice of investment strategy, but the structure is identical requirements. The aim is to design the appropriate tools that within this timeframe will assess household deposits in requested amounts.
Analysis of household expenditures determinants in choosen group in CR

This thesis is focused on identifying major determinants which affect household expenditures in chosen households groups in the Czech Republic between 1993 and 2014. Consumption is analysed on the basis of classification of individual consumption by purpose according to the Czech Statistical Office. The economic entities, households, consumption, classification CZ_COICOP, Household Budget Survey and macroeconomic indicators are defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. Methodology focuses on defining time series, index analysis and econometric model. The practical part is divided into three individual chapters. The first chapter is focused on the analysis of the individual variables for the Czech households which are included in this thesis. The second chapter is focused on the construction of two single-equation econometric models. The first is the model of consumption expenditures of households of employees and the second is the model of consumption expenditures of households of self-employed. The third chapter is focused on the analysis of the same variables as in the first part but for the households of EU15 this time. Finally, the analysis results of EU15 are compared with analysis results of the Czech Republic.
Analysis of consumer behaviour in the marekt with organic food

The bachelor thesis analyses consumer behaviour in the market with organic food. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the consumer theory and it also deals with organic farming and organic food. The practical part of the thesis analyses the results of a survey, which had aim to find out the motives and reasons leading consumers to buy organic food, how much consumers are spending on organic food, where is the organic food mostly purchased and its aim was also to find out the reasons why people do not buy organic food. The analysis of consumer behaviour in the market with organic food shows that the consumers do not trust in the quality and labelling the organic food and they are not enough informed.
Technical efficiency analysis of czech agricultural enterprises in pig farming sector

The aim of the research is to evaluate technical efficiency of Czech agricultural enterprises in pig farming sector and to analyse the impact of heterogeneity factors (farm size and specialization), and the impact of subsidies on farms technical efficiency. For the empirical analysis data of Czech farms from the FADN database for the years 2005-2011 was used. Research is conducted through Stochastic Frontier Analysis; the output distance function in translogarithmic form was estimated. The results indicate higher technical efficiency of larger farms with higher degree of specialization. Moreover, subsidies negatively impact technical efficiency, whereas the impact of subsidies on investments on technical efficiency is positive.
Analysis of the determinants of consumption of selected agricultural products

This thesis deals with the econometric modelling of selected factors affecting the consumption of wheat bakery products in the Czech Republic and Austria between 1995 and 2014. There is a gluten problematic mentioned in the theoretical part and its impact on human organism, followed by an explanation of the consumer s behaviour and his reaction to the development of the price of the goods and his income. The thesis itself is divided into two parts. In the first part there are the time series analyses which are then investigated for their suitability for the subsequent modelling. The second part focuses on the construction of a single-equation model of the wheat bakery products consumption using an econometrical model. Finally there is a quantification of the impact of the individual factors on the wheat bakery products consumption in these two countries based on the coefficients of elasticity.

This bachelor thesis is focused on selected methods used for measuring attitudes, Likert scale and Q-methodology, and their comparison based on own research of perception of tourism attractiveness of South Bohemian Region destination. In theoretical part an attitude is defined, Likert scale and Q-methodology are characterized including procedures to their application along with advantages and disadvantages of their use. There are also listed basics of tourism and the term of "destination" is explained. The second part is composed by own research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey using both methods. The results of each method were compared between each other according to several criteria. Even though the methods had the same subject of research, it was found that the results differ significantly. In a separate chapter Discussions own knowledge about methods from the course of the whole survey, from its preparation to its evaluation, is given, as well as own recommendations.
Analysis of food household expenditures in CR

The work is focused on Czech households spendings on food and non-alcoholic beverages in the Czech Republic. The main part is examining the share of expenditure on food and non-alcoholic beverages to overall consumer spending and the subsequent comparison with shares in selected countries. Subsequently, the work investigated the saturation level for selected food, which will be compared within the households of employees and self-employed. The last part examines the trend in expenditures Czech households for food.
The Financial Analysis of selected agriculture- food enterprice

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of selected enterprise. The work has been divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the concepts for the correct understanding of the financial analysis. There are also described the various pointers used in analysis of company itself. For a practical part, the company Oseva Agri Chrudim has been selected for analysis. Years 2010 - 2014 have been chosen as rated period. In this part, the company is characterized here and there are used individual methods in practice. The first method is horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and income statement,followed by ratio analysis, bankruptcy models and finally, intercompany comparison. In the end of the work, the financial situation is evaluated and are given recommendations for future development.

The main task of my bachelor thesis, which is "financial analysis of selected company "is to assess the financial condition of company Steeltec.cz ,Ltd. Company is major manufacturer of garden suppliers for company called Gardena. The first part is theoretical and it's primary focused on concepts of financial analysis, in the second part are descriptions of methods that are consecutively used in practical part that follows. Regarding practical part, it's dedicated to examine selected company by the methods mentioned in theoretical part. At the end is the summery and evaluation of financial health as well as recommendations for future well-being of the company.

This bachelor thesis is oriented on processing of financial analysis AUTON CZ, a.s. The aim is to assess the financial situation of the company based on the results of elementary methods and financial analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models and intercompany comparison. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis by using professional literature. The analytical part includes the results of a financial analysis, including the subsequent interpretation. The conclusion contains recommendations for further business activity based on the summarized results.
