Motor ability levels of secondary school boys practising handball
Gašparovič, Ondřej ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Dlouhý, Martin (referee)
The aim of this study is to compare the level of physical abilities of boys of older school age involved in handball and the general population, using the test battery of the Czech Handball Association 2020. A total of 53 test subjects, divided into two groups (general population and handball players) filled in a questionnaire that was created for the purpose of the study and were subsequently tested with a battery of tests, consisting of agility T-test, dribbling after the "figure eight", shooting speed, long jump from the spot and Beep test. The results showed that the handball group performed better in all the tested disciplines, except for the agility T-test. The aim of the thesis was achieved as well as answering each of the research questions, and an interesting recommendation is the possibility of using the test battery to select new players for a team.
Flat foot evaluation in older school-age children and proposal for an intervention programm
Havelková, Veronika ; Jandová, Soňa (advisor) ; Hájková, Jana (referee)
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of flat feet in children of older school-age. The aim of the work was to find out and evaluate the occurrence of this deformity in children and subsequently to create a proposal for an intervention programme that will be applicable in the teaching of Physical Education in schools. The research was carried out at Na Balabence Elementary School and 21 boys and 36 girls aged between 11 and 16 years old participated in it. We used the FootScan® tensometric plate (RSscan International, Belgium) to measure flat feet. The obtained results showed that 42.86 % of the boys have a normal foot condition, 52.38 % have flat feet and 4.76 % of the boys have a high foot. In girls, we measured 38.89 % with normal and 61.11 % with flat feet. According to next calculations, we found that there is no clearly demonstrable linear dependence between the occurrence of flat feet and the weight-height ratio. When compiling the exercises for the intervention programme, we used the knowledge obtained from the previous literature research. We chose exercises that are not demanding of technical performance due to the possibility of inclusion in physical education classes. Verification of its functionality will be the subject of the final thesis within the framework of the Master's study.
The difference of students movement abilities depending on the type of attended school
Závěrková, Eliška ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Hájková, Jana (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to determine and compare the movement abilities of ninth-grade elementary school students and students of the same age from high schools called "gymnázium". The UNIFITTEST 6-60 test battery was used to determine the level of movement abilities. The sub-goals of the thesis are to compare the obtained results with population norms, compare somatic conditions of both research groups, and compare movement abilities with respect to gender. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. In the theoretical section, we first focus on the definition, classification, and description of movement abilities. Then, the history and composition of the UNIFITTEST 6-60 test profile are presented. Furthermore, the theoretical section includes chapters on age-related specifics of youth aged 14-15 years, differences in physical education and sport lessons in both types of schools and a review of available literature. The research section is devoted to the measurement process, description of research groups, and analysis of results. The conclusion of the thesis includes a discussion and evaluation of the obtained data. The results of this thesis confirm the hypothesis that students from gymnasiums show better movement abilities than elementary school students. However, the...

Level of movement skills of rhytmic and artistic gymnastics competitors
Slováčková, Anna ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Panská, Šárka (referee)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine and compare the level of movement abilities of female athletes in artistic and rhytmic gymnastics. It is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a brief description of gymnastics, focusing on artistic and rhytmic gymnastics, giving an overview of their structure and components of sports performance. It includes a definition of all movement abilities and a description of motor tests. In the practical part, the testing method was used, namely the UNIFITTEST (6-60) together with a holistic motor test (Jacík's test) and then statistical methods. The motor abilities of artistic and rhytmic gymnasts aged 8-11 years were tested. The clubs GYMPRA Gymnastická akademie Praha and SK MG Chodov Praha were approached for the measurement. The measured results show that artistic gymnasts have a better level of movement abilities, because they achieved a better level in the three tests than rhytmic gymnasts. For the all-round development of a child, both are equally suitable choices and the choice of artistic or rhytmic gymnastics depends on the individual's preference.

Individual choreographies from the year 2013 and 2019 are firstly evaluated in accordance with the rules and requirements of FISAF International and then compared with each other. Moreover, the comparison is subsequently supplemented by an interview with a coach and, at the same time, a participant in both World Championships in the role of a competitor.
