Taxation of Craft Incomes

The bachelor thesis is focused on taxing of person incomes, especially on taxing of craft incomes. The aim of the thesis is to compare advantageousness of using some types of costs and optimization of taxpayer’s tax charge. This bachelor thesis describes the procedure for determination of duty, payments of social and health insurance rate and enterprise on the bases of trade license.

This diploma thesis is aimed at the issue of monitoring the existence of synergic effects of the selected consolidating entities in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to assess the existence of positive financial synergy effects for entities operating in agronomy. The decision about influence of these effects is based on the analysis of the values of selected economic indicators of the parent company and the consolidation unit.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými položkami účetních výkazů v porovnání dvou účetních systémů ? UK GAAP a České republice. Hlavním cílem je poukázat na rozdíly v obou systémech, a to jak v postupech účtování, tak i ve způsobu vykazování a sestavování finančních výkazů. V závěru práce jsou některé rozdíly prezentovány na praktických příkladech.
