Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to its improvement

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of Flowserve Czech Republic, s.r.o. for the period 2015-2019. The necessary information is drawn from publicly available annual reports and financial statements. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical explanation of individual methods and indicators intended to assess the financial health of the company. In the second analytical part of the thesis, the methods and indicators explained are practically applied to the monitored company in order to evaluate its current state. The findings are used as a basis for the last part of the work, in which measures are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysing financial situation of choosen company by methods of financial analysis and draft measures which will lead to improvement of the financial health of the company. The thesis consists of three parts - theoretical, practical and proposal. The first part describes theoretical resources in area of financial analysis. For example, what it deals with and which methods it contains. The aim of practical part is to evaluate the financial indicators in the choosen company and interpretation of calculated results. In the last part of this work, there are proposed new disposals in view of results of financial analysis, which will lead to improvement of financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the company Mironet.cz a.s. and proposals for its improvement in the period 2015-2019. The structure of this work is divided into three main parts. The first part is the theoretical one, which contains terms definitions from the financial analysis. The second one, analytical part, where the methods of financial indicators are used directly, the subsequent assessment of the financial situation of the given company and commenting of the individual values. The final third part focuses on proposals of the financial situation improvement.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company S.A.B. Impex, s.r.o. in the period 2014 - 2018. The theoretical part describes the methods, indicators and concepts needed to perform financial analysis. The analytical part presents the analyzed company, followed by analyzes of the environment and the financial indicators are performed according to the theoretical part. The proposal part will serve to eliminate the identified shortcomings and thus improve its financial situation.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company AHORN CZ, s.r.o. in the years 2014–2018. The theoretical part explains the terms associated with financial analysis, describes the used indicators and formulas. The defined formulas are practically used in the second part of the thesis, which deals with the analysis of the actual state of the company. In the last part of the thesis, measures are proposed that lead to the improvement of the financial situation of the analysed company.
