Asthma In Children's Population and the Enviromental Factors In Selected Towns of the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to give information about asthmatic disease, to evaluate the situation in Czech children's population and to analyze the impacts of selected environmental factors on the occurrence of the bronchial asthma in selected age group. In the first part of this thesis are the information about bronchial asthma. In the second part of this thesis are description of the data of selected children group and characteristics of the environment (the source of data was from Czech National Health Institute). There are verifications of the null hypotheses about the risk effect of the environmental factors on the occurrence of the bronchial asthma among 5-years-old children in selected towns of the Czech Republic. The selected towns are České Budějovice, Hodonín, Hradec Králové, Jablonec nad Nisou, Jihlava, Karviná, Kladno, Mělník, Most, Olomouc, Sokolov, Ústí nad Labem, Ústí nad Orlicí and Žďár nad Sázavou.
The ineffectiveness of legal acts in the Czech law

The dissertation deals with the historical elements of the ineffectiveness of legal acts, and the tradition of this legal institute in the territory of the Czech Republic, whereas the concept of such a legal institute pursuant to Roman law is not left aside, either. The terms of the legal act are defined there as well as the absolute and relative ineffectiveness of legal acts. The dissertation focuses on the relative ineffectiveness (defeasibleness, the right of defeasibleness) of the legal act, namely with regard to other "defects" of the legal acts (nullity, invalidity, withdrawal from the contract etc.) as well as with regard to other systems of the creditor's protection (within the scope of the common civil law, corporate law, insolvency law and the criminal law instruments). The dissertation pays attention to the issue of the name of the defeasibleness right institute, to its purpose, forms (based upon defeasibleness as well as upon statutory ineffectiveness), and to the defeasibleness action. The dissertation analyses the effective legal regulation of the right of defeasibleness, including non-insolvency law (pursuant to 1964 Civil Code and 2012 Civil Code) as well as the insolvency proceedings. INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF EXPERT ACTIVITY

The thesis analyzes an expert in social (institutional) relations that constitute the organizational and institutional background of Forensic Expertise as part of forensic engineering. The work explains the terminology and definitions used, with the greatest attention is paid to the analysis of the conditions for the exercise of expert activities from different perspectives (in particular legal and economic). Is discussed in detail in particular the status of expert institutes, and in all contexts: both in terms of expertise and its guarantee, as well as in terms of responsibility processors appraisal institute. Further describes the work of existing associations and experts estimated their future development. An important part of the work is a comparison of the conditions for the exercise of expert activities (advantages and disadvantages) in selected European countries: Slovak Republic, England and Austria. Based on the findings in the final section are designed and justified by changes in the conditions and rules for the performance of expert activities and other related aspects.
