Leisure time senior- research on territory Prachatice

The work deals with leisure seniors. It aims to find answers to questions about how older people spend their leisure time and its problems. The theoretical part describes the elderly, their social status today, recreation and leisure issues of seniors. The methodology section describes the research process itself, which is qualitative in nature. The research sample consisted of 15 elderly respondents aged 65 and over living in private households or in homes for seniors. The data were collected through interview methods. The practical section summarizes the research results. The research found that older people spend their leisure time rather actively. It seeks to fully utilize your time and life that fill a variety of activities and hobbies. Activities drawn in the rest, who considered earned and credited him special attention. Leisure time is the most conditioned by the physical and mental health of seniors. Therefore, choose those activities that they contribute to improved physical and mental health.
