The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose improvement of current state in the concrete company. The theoretical part describes marketing environment and marketing mix in general. Practical part focuses on the description of concrete company, that is namely "Šumavský pivovar Vimperk". Thesis also explore in detail the marketing environment and marketin mix of this company. In closing part of bachelor thesis the discovered informations will be evaluate and by SWOT analysis propose improvement of current situation of the company.

The aim of this work is the proposal to improve the current situation on the basis of marketing situational analysis of the company which is engaged in the providing services. The company DOPRAVA ZÁRUBA M&K Ltd. provides tire services, vehicle servicing, petrol station, testing centers and emission. The main activity of the company is international road transport. The theoretical part deals with concepts such as the definition of marketing and the marketing environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The practical part describes the history and present of DOPRAVA ZÁRUBA M&K Ltd., marketing mix and analysis of the external environment. Furthermore, the practical part includes SWOT analysis and subsequent recommendations to improve the current situation.
Marketing Management of Business Firms, Building Effective Collaborations Using the Concept of Category Management

Dissertation presents theoretical approaches to category management including the definition of its 8-step process. The implementation of category management is shown on examples of the Coca-Cola company, which support functionality of suggested methodology and objectives from the beginning of this dissertation.
Problematika řízení nákladů a výnosů ve firmě J. S. K. Partner, s. r. o.

V práci jsou analyzovány jednotlivé nákladové položky, jsou vyhodnoceny jednotlivé ukazatele nákladovosti, zhodnocení řízení nákladů a výnosů. Firma J. S. K. Partner, s. r. o. podniká v různých oborech podnikání. Firma sídlí v Kamenici nad Lipou. Nejprve jsem charakterizovala jednotlivé nákladové položky za roky 2002 až 2006. Výsledkem byl základní pohled na ekonomickou situaci firmy. Pro detailnější analýzu nákladů jsem provedla analýzu ukazatelů nákladovosti.
Uplatnění marketingového řízení v podniku FOPO II, s.r.o.

V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na podklady sloužící pro analýzu marketingového řízení. Společnost FOPO II., s.r.o. je autorizovaný dealer značky FORD s hlavním sídlem v Počátkách. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze marketingového řízení a jednotlivé nástroje marketingového mixu. V závěrečné části práce jsem zhodnotila marketingové řízení a využívání jednotlivých nástrojů marketingového mixu a navrhla jsem zlepšující opatření do budoucna.

Strategies for transportation companies to establish themselves in the liberalized public transportation market

This diploma deals with the changes and challenges that transportation companies will face at the beginning of 2010 due to the liberalization of the public transportation market. It is structured into a first part describing the theory and a second part that applies the theory into praxis. The theory focuses on the development of public transportation, the nomenclature, and specific terms related to the public transportation market, legal changes, financials and other influencing effects. The complete diploma is written with focus on bus transportation. The second part analyzes the current situation on the Czech public bus transportation market and further expected changes starting with 2010. General recommendations are made and possible strategies described how to establish in the market. Finally there is made an explicit recommendation for a specific bus company

The main goal of the practical part of the thesis is to describe concrete company and analyze it's internal and external surrounding. At he end of the thesis there are written recommendations for company and strategy.
The Significance of a Financial Analysis in MĚŠŤANSKÝ PIVOVAR HAVLÍČKŮV BROD Company (Town Brewery in the town of Havlíčkův Brod)

One of the main and most studied areas is the area of determining their own financial situation or the financial health of the company. The definition of financial stability is a financial analysis firm. Thesis contains a presentation of the Burgess Brewery Havlickuv Brod a. s. and estimation her financial situation behind period years 2005 -- 2007. Work is processed using the selected methods of financial analysis, which apply to the enterprise. In addition, possible solutions are proposed and possible measures to improve the financial situation of taking, which underline the importance of financial analysis. Assessment of financial situation begins with horizontal and vertical analysis of statements, working capital analysis and balancing rules. This is followed by analysis of the ratio indicators (liquidity, profitability, debt, and activity), analysis of cash flow and analysis system of indicators (financial lever, Du Pont degradation). Financial analysis is finished the economic normal and the overall indicators (index IN05 and Kralickuv Quick test).

The thesis "Recruitment and development of employees in Mlékárna Klatovy a. s." is doing research in theoretical part in different kinds of new employees recruitment, personal planning, analysis of jobs and also system of company education, its planning and realization of professional career. Practical part includes theoretical knowledge in practice, analyses methods of employees recruitment used in company, choosing employees, actual personal policy and system of education and people development. There are recommendations for next stage improvement in the final part of thesis.
