The assignment of the bachelor’s thesis is a design of a new production building for the production of wine and sparkling wine. Within the framework of this bachelor’s thesis the elaboration of the project documentation for the building permit and for the detail design documentation, using architectural software, was requested. This project has already been done in the form of a study in the second year during the winter term as a part of the subject AG32 (Studio of Architectural Design III. – production buildings), followed by the subject AG028 (Detail in Architecture II.). Also one of the parts of this project has also been elaborated in the subject AG06 (Complex Project) which the bachelor’s thesis follows. The purpose of the developed study was to solve the correct functional and operational scheme and also to provide an aesthetical and a representative aspect on which the construction documentation is being elaborated. The site with the property is located in a city Kobyli na Morave in the South Moravian Region, district Breclav. The site is currently undeveloped and covered with natural greenery. The proposed property has three floors and each of them is divided into three functional units – production, representative and accomodation one. The site’s terrain is quite sloped which helped with embedding the production unit under it – this unit is located on the lowest floor and this helps for the object to fit into the surrounding and leads to the impression that it has a similar size and form as other buildings in the city. As it was already mentioned before the production is underneath the terrain’s level. On the following floor a winery, degustation, a terrace, an office and a wheelchair accesible accomodation are located. And on the last floor there is space for accomodation. The building’s greenery has also been designed – some trees, shrubs, ornamental flowers and an orchard with a set of varietes of wine.

The topic of the thesis was to develop the production part in depth from the pre-diploma project, where we dealt with the whole parcel as an architectural-urban design. Here the whole plot was being solved with a development proposal in the upper part, the owner's house, production part and growing areas. In the thesis itself we are only dealing with the production part in more detail. There are two buildings in the production complex – the first, located closer to the entrance, is the administration building containing the management of the premises, the shop of products from the main production, the cafeteria for employees and the accommodation on the second floor. The second one is the production object located in the background – it is a single compact block that includes the entire desired program of the produce. It is a two-storey building that is embedded in the terrain from three sides and the upper part has a passable working yard in the middle. From the beginning, the basic concept was to design a complex object that would include all the required services and would respect the character of the village development, into which it should fit. There is a mature greenery on the parcel to which the design is linked and is supplemented with a new one – thanks to it the proposed objects are shielded by this “green wall” and does not act as a dominant element in the landscape. Simultaneously, it acts as a natural filter between the production and the residential zone. The proposed design is trying to respect the Green New Deal.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a recreational area in the village of Ostravice. The recreational complex with a focus on yoga enriches the village with another possible way of recreation. The complex includes a yoga studio with 2 halls and a room for massages, a main building with a restaurant and accommodation, cabins and a wellness centre with a connection to the biotope. The aim of the design is to combine yoga and the beautiful, peaceful environment of the Beskydy Mountains.

Database digitization for flood situation modelling of urban areas in the Divoká Orlice valley
Brych, Karel ; Dittrt, František ; Eliáš, Václav
For solution of various hydrological problems in a river basin particularly by means of some mathematical models in the environment ArcView a digital terrain model (DTM) is prerequisite. At present a state map atlas ZABAGED/1 in the form of digital topologic vector data in the 1:10.000 scale is getting available. This system contains land-surface elevation data in a vector format. Following the obtained information the state map atlas is to be completed for the whole state territory in the near future. The described procedure creates a substitute for digital terrain model (DTM) of the river Divoká Orlice valley in the reach affected by the flood in March 2000 with the view of mathematical modeling by means of the HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and WMS respectively. The accuracy of digitalization of the elevation model is lower than the elevation data of ZABAGED nevertheless the model allows preliminary analysis of the flood events with acceptable uncertainty.
Runoff generation, flood mapping in an urban area, and extreme inflow simulation in a reservoir
Brych, Karel ; Dittrt, František ; Eliáš, Václav ; Kafková, Dagmar ; Tesař, Miroslav
The aim of this paper is to present the contribution and conclusions of the Institute of Hydrodynamics to the findings of the project. The first part deals with the relation of runoff of water from the soil into the transport collector determined by hydropedological methods to the discharge in the closing profile of a small forest catchment. In the second part the flood mapping in an urban area is studied. The third part concerns the influence of flood situations on water quality in reservoirs.
Landscape digital database for flood modelling in Zamberk
Brych, Karel ; Dittrt, František ; Eliáš, Václav
Flood hazard map of the urban area of Zamberk were developed using one dimensional HEC-RAS modelling. A digital terrain model (DTM) was prerequisite for solving the problems in the Arc View environment. The ZABAGED/1 state map altas on a 1:10 000 scale was used as the DTM. This system has a limited altimetric resolution, therefore the elevation data in the river channel was repaired.
The rainfall-runoff formation from a small catchment
Tesař, Miroslav ; Šír, Miloslav ; Syrovátka, Oldřich ; Bayer, T. ; Eliáš, Václav
We dedicate this contribution to the question how the relation of outflow of water from the soil into the transport collector determined by hydropedological methods bears with the discharge at the closure profile of a small forest catchment in the course of a vegetation season. In connection with this phenomena we investigate how much is such catchment homogenous. The monitored catchments Liz and Albrechtec are sloping, their geological subsoil is formed of impermeable bottom and they don't contain significant parts with ground water level. The soil cover is composed of several horizons with different aquifer properties, but the precipitated water largely infiltrates downwards the soil, so that a surface and subsurface runoff angle wise downhill to the watercourse is a very rare phenomena which appears at catastrophic rains only. The forest stand is represented by spruce. The both catchments are located in the elevation from 700 to 1000 m a.s.l. in the mountain region of Šumava.
