Adaptation of military object - Nové Město nad Váhem

An adapted building served as a military kitchen with a military club and an accommodation. The building was built in the 1950s. It is partly two storey basement building made of full baked bricks. Carrying and external constructions will be left unchanged. The old kitchen and dining room will be removed and replaced by a kindergarten and a gym on the 1st floor. There will be left in the original accomodation on the 2nd floor. In the cellar, there will be constructed a nightclub. All wooden windows and doors in the facade will be replaced by plastic ones. The building will be additionally insulated.
Family house with office - Ostrov u Macochy

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new family house with a design office and a partial basement, for which project documentation for the construction is being prepared. The proposed family house is located in the western part of the village of Ostrov u Macochy and is designed as a detached partially basement building with two floors and a garage. The family house is designed for a family of five. It is a single dwelling unit. The entrance to the building is situated on the northwest side. The "design office" is accessible from the vestibule of the house. In 1S and 1NP there are mainly spaces for communication, so we have a quiet zone mainly in 2NP. The living rooms are mostly situated on the south side and this ensures sufficient sunlight for the whole building. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact system and is designed from YTONG aerated concrete wall elements, the horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic and the whole building is based on foundation strips. The house is designed with a gable roof with pitched dormers on both sides, allowing access to the balcony. The roofing is designed with ceramic folded roofing tiles of anthracite colour. A vegetated flat roof is chosen over the garage. The façade will be finished with white silicone scratch plaster and bonded brick cladding.
Multipurpose facility - Brno-Bystrc, ulice Kamechy

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project of a new building of a multipurpose facility with six floors. Multipurpose facility is situated in the cadastral area Brno – Bytrc. This place is situated on the suburb of the city Brno. Multipurpose facility is free standing and it´s partially with a basement. There is one basement floor and five floors in this building. Four flats are designed for living of family of 4 members. The next two maisonettes are designed for six people. There is a coffee–bar and a garage with a six parking places. In the maisonettes there is a green roof on the roof of a four floor of this building, which is designed for a terrace. The roofs of this building is designed as a flat roofs. The building has a brick blocks construction. The facade of building is insualted by direct external insulation system. Documentation of the bachelor thesis is prepared for the building contruction. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the Autodesk Autocad software.
Parish church, Brno - Líšeň

This diploma thesis, called „Parish church, Brno-Líšeň“, is compiled as documentation for building construction. There is one complex building situated in slope. Therefore it consists of one partly underground floor and first floor. It is divided into three sections. Central part is designed as round-shaped body of the church with tower in the southern part of the church. Shed roof has an angle of 7° for body and an angle of 13° for tower. From the western side there is an administrative area connected to the church and from eastern side there is a community area which is supposed to be used as residential premises. Roof of both these parts is constructed as flat vegetative roof. Structural design is systemic, Velox. Foundation construction combines concrete and ferro-concrete belts and footing.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of family house with an establishment - shop and repair tool. The building is located on sloping land, it is brick house and it has two floors and a basement. The roofs are flat. The house is designed for family of four. The entrance is oriented to the northwest and living rooms to the south. The work includes documentation part and drawing part and it is created as an implementing project.
Revitalization of the building -Jaroměř

The project prepares reconstruction of old factory hall for new elementary music school in Jaroměř. The building is located in the city center with good transport links. Maintaining existing supporting steel structure and masonry perimeter walls allows generous use of space and innovative internal structure. Building equipment includes all fields of art and is designed for a capacity Jaroměř city and vicinity. Thanks jednopodlažnímu solution is an object conceived as partially disabled. Documentation is prepared on the documentation for building permit.
Family house - Štarnov

The building is located in village Štarnov, is a partially basement and has two floors. Family house is situated by flat terrain. The house will be made from Porotherm witch contact insulation and single-layer flat roof. In the basement there is a store, a fitness and a technical room. The first floor is used for projection office, which is separated from the private area object with own entry. The second floor is used for private purposes.
Multipurpose facility Teplice nad Bečvou

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Teplice nad Bečvou, a village located near Hranice na Moravě (district Přerov). It is a four-storey building, equipped with a transversal structural system, located perpendicular to the slope of the plot. The building is designed with a total of 22 residential units, all of them are connected to the loggia by French windows, which provide an above-standard view of the spa area of Teplice nad Bečvou. Another part of the building is a covered garage. The load-bearing masonry will be made of sand-lime bricks, on which monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings will be laid. The building will be insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colours will be chosen in shades of white, brown and gray. The building has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.

The theme of this work is the construction of newly family house in Vojkovice. The building has two floors and a basement. The land is sloping with a drop on one floor. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor, where is also situated a garage for two cars. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks Porotherm and concrete blocks. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. All ceiling construction is Porotherm systém as well. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat. The building is adequately lit and naturally ventilated.
