The specifics of teacher's education

(in English): Dissertation is focused on the continuing education of teachers in terms of the current legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic as one of the key adaptive mechanisms that ensure the ability of the education system to adequately respond to the ever changing social conditions in today's globalized world. The theoretical part through the analysis of different theoretical approaches to further education, defines and describes the issue of further education of teachers , the system - specific conditions , areas and its financing. It deals with the areas of the teacher's profession, their competences , career structure and professional standards. The empirical part of this dissertation, based on empirical research, describes the system of further education of teachers both in terms of school leadership , and from the perspective of teachers and it maps specific factors affecting the quality of the current further education of teachers.
Motivation for continuing education and factors affecting participation in continuing education

The aim of this bachelor thesis "Motivation for continuing education and factors affecting participation in continuing education" is to analyze what motivates adults to participate in continuing education and what are main obstacles in adult education. The paper consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with an overview of basic knowledge about the issue with the use of literature, both domestic and foreign authors. The second, practical part contains a description of own empirical survey. The aim of the survey is to identify the main reasons for adults to participate in continuing education and detect the most common barriers, obstacles to such participation. The survey is trying to confirm the conclusions from the theoretical part by the analysis of the select company. Training courses for managers and possibilities of innovation in short-term courses for lower management

The present work focuses on training courses and education of lower level management. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of lower level management and its specific position in the organizational structure and competencies that are important. Another part of the theoretical work is devoted to education and the creation of educational activities including evaluation methods. There are presented two management courses in the empirical part for the lowest managerial positions at McDonald's Czech Republic and Slovakia. There are suggested possible improvements and changes in the conception rate onthe basis of the theoretical work. Part of the empirical part is also evaluation of feedback provided by course participants but systematically not processed. Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties

5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers. Large sporting events' brand identification

Title: Large sporting events' brand identification Objectives: The main objective of this work is to identify the brand personality of Summer Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup by means of marketing research. Methods: In connection with the primary data collection a method of written and electronic questioning was used. The brand personality identification of the above mentioned brands was performed based on the brand personality measurement method according to Geuens, Weijters and De Wulf (2009). For the obtained data interpretation their statistical analysis was performed. Results: Based on the research results, the brand personality of Summer Olympic Games can be described by the dimensions Responsibility, Activity and Simplicity and by characteristics stable, responsible, active, dynamic and simple. The brand personality of FIFA World Cup can be described only by the dimension Activity and by characteristics active, dynamic and innovative. Research of teachers opinions on teachers professional development

The work is focused on the relation of teachers to further their education in conjunction with the current proposal career system. Based on information from the scientific literature, in the work is shown the list of developments further education of teachers in the Czech Republic after 1990, and from secondary sources is defined by its current state. Work also continues to address the career system for teachers, with an emphasis on the text of the selected proposals, including the current one. Through the results of an empirical investigation that was conducted on selected two primary and two secondary schools, are then presented to the views of teachers in these schools watched topics. The dates that were analyzed from empirical investigations are also in conclusion, compared with the theoretical assumptions that are listed in this work. Use of Internet for Talent Acquisition

This diploma thesis presents the current knowledge on the use of internet for the purpose of talent acquisition. Its main objective is to determine to what extent organizations emphasize this knowledge in practice. For this purpose the first chapter refers to the academic compilation of talent management concept. The aim is to define the term of talent within the talent management concept as well as within the personal management. The second charter presents the academic compilation in the field of recruitment focused on specifics in talented individuals acquiring. The third chapter presents current knowledge of internet recruitment. Next chapters focus on recruitment in practice by analyzing the online recruitment documentation of three specific organizations. Based on this analysis, it is apparent, that the surveyed organizations accentuate current trends to a large extent. Application possibilities of the concept of open education at Czech universities

5 Abstract: In the introduction the theoretical and philosophical bases are discussed and related to specifics in education in postmodern society. The following are definitions of the historical development of distance education. The key elements of the work are characteristic of The Open University and Open Educational Resources initiative. In both cases, the use SWOT analysis in which it is included also a general appreciation of the advantages the use of e-learning. Specifically, in the case of the Open University is first summarized the historical development in the context of social change from 60th to 90th years of the 20th century. Following evaluation of the current state of the multiple viewpoints. The challenge is to become familiar with current educational offer and new trends that raises this institution. In the case of OER is first placed emphasis on the definition and delimitation of specific outputs inciativy both the institutional background and specific projects implemented non-profit and private sectors. The final part is devoted to a survey of the current state of Czech universities, namely offer distance learning, e-learning courses and degree of openness of access to educational materials.
