Life of Jiří Havelka

This bachelor thesis describes a life of Jiří Havelka from his birth in Russia, through his involvement in protectorate government under the ensuing premierships of Rudolf Beran and Alois Eliáš. The chronological structure of the analysis terminates with Havelka's sentence issued by the National Court in 1947 and the rest of his life in Hostomice pod Brdy. Special consideration is given not only to Havelka's governmental activity and links to the resistance, which to date remains generally unknown by the wider, but also to his accounts and observations from the Pankrác penitentiary, where he was held in custody till late 1941, and his subsequent imprisonment. Possibilities of the didactical use of the Jewish Museum in Prague for educational purposes concerning civics and humanities as a part of the Framework Education Programme for Secondary General Education

This diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of civil and social/scientific basis education along with use of activities of the Jewish museum in Prague and its action. Theoretical part of the thesis compares three different perspectives of the museum as an institution and represents museological, pedagogical and museum- pedagogical knowledge. Furthermore, this part describes the relation between the museum and school as well as the museum and society. This part also contains characteristics of the Jewish museum activities and its history. Last passage of theoretical part includes a presentation of project education as a form of teaching. Practical part involves education project on human rights subject for students of secondary school. Theoretical part of the diploma thesis is based on study of technical literature, practical part comes out from Framework Education Programme for Secondary General Education. Diagnosis of High School Students' Comprehension of Selected Sociological Topics

The dissertation is looking into the diagnostics of student's understanding of the principals of society organisation in relation to thecontentof sociologicalcivic curriculumeducation and socialbasisin secondary schools. The teoretical part delimits basic sociological terms, especially social stratification, social mobility and social status. Concept of didactical content knowledge and didactical theory of curricullum reconstruction is described to connect sociological approach to school education. Current research at this area are also presented. In the practical part was implementeda research inquiry, which used semistructured depth interview for data collection. The Gathered data wereprocessedqualitatively. The measure of hierarchy in society, the cause of social stratification and social mobility options, were primarily watched in the research inquiry. Where possible, student's answers were compared to previous research inquiry results.

Castle Lnáře in 20th century

This theses Castle Lnáře in 20th century collectively describes important events of this long term. It's aim is to present a concise and comprehensive overview of what is happening at the castle in 20th century. In general, a brief historical introduction, explains the context of property and structural and technical parameters of the stronghold and castle Lnáře. The work is based primarily on archival sources, it drawn from the Národní archiv, fond Státní památková správa, Archiv Bezpečnostních složek and the local archives of the castle Lnáře. Important sources were a chronicle of the city Lnáře and mentioned literature as well. In individual chapters are chronologically described events at the castle Lnáře. 20th century brings with it many major changes which the castle Lnáře affected significantly. At the beginning of the twentieth century manor Lnáře flourished. The situation was turned of land reform in the period around the 1924th . The estate Lnáře lost a lot of lands and because of the crisis was in a difficult economic situation. The estate was sold to Karel Bondy. This businessman fell into debt and Lnáře was fell into execution. Then in the auction bought the estate Lnáře JUDr. Jindrich Vanicek. The aim of this Master's Thesis called The Nature Trail of Selected Manors of Prague 5 in Terms of the Regional History Learning Programme for Upper Secondary School Students is the creation of the historical study with the didactic overlap primarily focused on the regional history knowledge in case of the upper-secondary school students. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The former is interested in the description, comparison and introdcution of the particular homesteads. It also covers their development in the area of Prague 5 in its historical and cultural context. The latter, practical, part deals with the didactic aim to make the upper- secondary school students become familiar with the historical, social and culturally historical aspects of people's life in the given area, taking into account their mutual context. The didactic focus is given on the knowledge of the region with the respect to the educational area A Man and Society. This part also includes the draft of the worksheets intended to the upper-secondary school students in accordance with the outcomes required by Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education. Cooperations of seniors and students of elementary school in the educational area of social studies

The key topics of this project are intergenerational relationships, in the means of creating a positive approach towards ageing in elementary school kids. Regarding the fact of demographic ageing of the population, active engagement of seniors into public life and profitable usage of their experience are both a current matter. The theoretical part of this thesis discusses intergenerational relationships, defines old age as equal to other stages of life and questions various stances and values. The practical part offers guidance to the developing process of collaboration between elementary school kids and seniors, in the area of social studies. The aim of intergenerational cooperation is going to be, through conversations, shared memories and further work with them, the increase of kids' concern about modern history and enhancement of respect towards ageing, therefore prevention of ageism.
