Nová, Barbora ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor) ; Pokorný, Ladislav (referee)
v anglickém jazyce The diploma thesis was focused on the measurements of intensity of physical exercise of pre-school children. The main goal was to monitor the intensity of physical exercise (PE) of pre-school children (five to six years old). The partial objectives were: to compare the level of intensity of the PE outside and inside; to compare the level of intensity of controlled and free PE and to compare the intensity of PE between boys and girls during controlled and free PE. In the first part, the thesis presented findings about healthy exercise of pre-school children. In the second part, the actual measurements of the intensity of PE were included. Nineteen children participated in the measuring which was carried out by sporttesters Polar RS300X. The results showed that the lowest intensity was measured during the free PE inside and the highest intensity during the controlled PE outside. However, none of the activities brought the recommended degree of intensity. Keyewords: kindergarten, preschool, children, physical activity, intensity PA, measurement, heart rate monitor

The thesis is looking into an assessment of a postural stabilization in a group of preschool children using an unused test in children testing "Kneeling with Support on Palms", which was used by its creators Voráčková and Šafářová in a group of adult sportsmen, and for comparison is used Matthias test, which is usually used in children testing. The thesis is focused on optimal body positions in the ontogenetic progress in the preschool age, the right body postural, dangers of origin of pathologies in postural stabilization, pathologies in body postural and the usually used diagnostic in the assessment of body postural. Results are showing a possibility of the using the test "Kneeling with Support on Palms" in preschool groups and at the same time showing chosen pathologies in the body postural of three and six years old children. The success in the thesis is a fact, that correlation with Matthias test shows for validity of the test "Kneeling with Support on Palms" and it brings information, that the test "Kneeling with Support on Palms" can be used in preschool age groups after confirmation of its reliability and objectivity. Key words: postural stabilization, body positions, preschool children, deflection in body postural

BIBLIOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION Name and surname of the author: Mgr. Pavel Tichý Name of the dissertation: Re-education of children with motor difficulties of primary school age Workplace: FTVS UK, Department of Sport Games Supervisor of the work: Doc. PhDr. Vladimír Süss, Ph.D. Year of presentation: 2016 ABSTRACT Objective: The aim was to find out the possibility of the re-education of motor difficulties in children of primary school age and create a re-education intervention program, the aim of which is to reduce these difficulties. Subsequently, to verify whether the intervention program had an effect on the motor difficulties of the children. Method: The research was designed as a prospective intervention study where there were two combined orientations ofeducational research: quantative and qualitative. To solve the problem a research design was used, called Crossover Design (Wilmore et al., 2008, Thomas et al., 2005), which was conceived as an experiment with an intervention re-education program aimed at improving the motor difficulties of children. The quantative part of the research was focused on the assessment of motor skills and to detect motor problems in children of primary school age. MABC-2 (Henderson et al., 2007) battery of motor tests were used for this purpose. The qualitative part of the...
Achievement of young school - aged children from 1985 to 2015
Hůrková, Markéta ; Engelthalerová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Hana (referee)
This thesis is devoted to the topic of detection of the level in selected disciplines of today's younger school-age children in comparison with the results of the 'Children's fitness badge' competition. Data comes from two smaller schools of the Central Bohemian region - Kounice Elementary School, year 1989 and from elementary school Sedlčany, year 2015. The thesis also discusses the differences between results in physically active and inactive pupils, between boys and girls, as well as the ability of today's students to meet the elementary level of the 'Children's fitness badge' points table. I study these disciplines - the standing long jump, the 50 meters sprint and the cricket ball throw for my testing. The practical part is realized by the measuring performance in certain disciplines. The performance of boys and girls in each grade are measured separately. Their performances are compared and evaluated by using a test battery 'Children's fitness badge'.

Further, it explains the term attention and states options of its influencing and outcomes of already performed research in this area. The practical part offers the results of quantitative research that observed the relationship between yoga exercises and children's attention. The research had the form of an experiment, i.e. with the collaboration of an experimental group, which participated in yoga exercises, and a control group with no yoga exercises. The attention level of children from both groups was determined by means of two attention tests both before the exercise set and afterwards. There was used the method of an experiment consisting in a realization of a fourteen-day-search based on a schooling program using both kinetic and non- kinetic activities, on an input and output measuring the level of the same partial abilities, skills and knowledge for two eight-member-groups of children and also comparing acquired results. It was found out that kinetic activities of preschool children can be used within the educational process as one of its elements with comparable effect to using non-kinetic activities.
