Arrangement of Piston for BMW 2,5 TDS 4-stroke CI-engine

In this bechelor work presentation and design a four-stroke piston diesel engine with direct injection diesel by 130 kW, which is used in BMW vehicles. When choosing key dimensions come out of the original dimensions of the piston, used in diesel engine with indirect injection into the vortex chamber 105 kW of power. The draft of the main dimensions of the piston followed by strength calculation of the critical points of the piston.

Indicates the best-known two-stroke diesel aircraft engines and outlines possible development of this type of engines in the near future.

It also discusses the categorization of the various elements of the current F1 cars, followed by evaluation of insight into the overall aerodynamic loads.

Focuses on cooling units, defines exact part of air-condition´s systém, transfer of heat between a cabin of a car and souroundings, reduction of consumption and ways of reaching of this statement. Next it is encouraged with comfortability of siting, mainly locating people in bodywork, geometry inside space and creating virtual model and constructing seats.
