The first part is consisted of definitions of theoretical analysis, which will be used in practical part of bachelor thesis. The second part is going to be used to introduce the company and analyze the current situation of the company. The last part contains the processed whole project preparation, which is ready for realization.

This diploma thesis deals with establishing a new sales portfolio named ZaseRýže Clothing from ZaseRýže company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes definition of terms from the field of strategic analysis and project management. The analysis of the current situation of the surroundings and inside the company was carried out in the analytical section. In the design part is elaborated a plan for project realization using project management methodology.

The diploma thesis deals with selection and evaluation of phone accessories suppliers for ZONES s.r.o. company and evaluates their possible risks. In thesis is created decision model which is using fuzzy logic. The main part of the thesis consists of proposals for the evaluation of the company's suppliers. At the beginning of thesis are theoretical bases which will be used in the practical parts. Decision models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. The fuzzy model is based on requirements of the company. Another part of the thesis deals with analysis and comparison of results from both programs. The result of this thesis is the model which is easy to use and improves selection and evaluations of phone accessories for ZONES s.r.o. company.

The following analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the business market in which this company operates. The final part is the design, in which a specific plan is proposed according to the set strategy. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

This bachelor´s thesis contain project processing using tools a technics of project management. In this bachelor´s thesis is elaborated project to build a call center by Tomza s.r.o. company. The project contains processing of time analysis of project, source analysis of project, cost analysis of project, risk analysis of project. I worked out my own proposal solutions for each section of bachelor´s thesis. Project of build a call center is completely made in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

Planning and Management of the Kaplan Turbine Modernization Project

This master’s thesis solving the issue of planning and management of Kaplan turbine modernization project. The first chapter deals with the basic definition of project management concepts, methods, techniques and tools used in project planning and management. This information forms theoretical basis for the following two chapters, which represent the company in which the turbine modernization project itself will be implemented in the future. The second chapter contains analyzes of external and internal environment of the company and the project. On their basis the third chapter creates a specific proposal for project solution. Results and conclusions of the master’s thesis will allow a better and more detailed understanding of Kaplan turbine modernization implementation project and all associated critical points or potential risks. The work can be beneficial not only for project managers, but also for company management, investors, other companies in the field of engineering and wide audience.
