Jež, Michal ; Doseděl, Martin (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The basic properties of the CAN bus are analyzed in the bachelor's thesis. Furthermore, this work deals with the availability of circuits for the implementation of the CAN bus and the physical layer Single Wire CAN. Subsequently, the design of the diagnostic unit for the CAN bus is processed. It also deals with the design of firmware for the diagnostic module and a PC program for subsequent data analysis. Finally, the compatibility of the Single Wire CAN bus with the Low Speed CAN bus is tested.
Measurement system with preamplifier for calibration of vibration sensors
Kaštovský, Jan ; Doseděl, Martin (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a preamplifier for vibration sensors with IEPE interface and also for vibration sensors with charge output. The thesis also deals with a modification of a computer application for a measuring system in LabVIEW. The thesis builds on the already implemented measuring system for secondary calibration of vibration sensors. The results of the secondary calibration of this system with the added preamplifier are compared with the results of a primary calibration.

Candidate: Jana Procházková1 Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Jiří Vlček, CSc.1 Consultant: PharmDr. Zuzana Očovská1 Title of the master thesis: Analysis of drug dosage adjustments in patients with chronic kidney disease 1 Department Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University Several medications excreted by the kidneys or associated with an increased risk for adverse drug events in patient with chronic kidney disease (CKD) require dosage adjustment, cautious use or avoidance. However, a number of studies show that appropriate dosage adjustment is not provided in many cases. Our objective was to analyze appropriateness of drug dosages and contraindicated medications in patients with CKD admitted to the hospital in Hradec Králové via the department of emergency medicine. This study is an observational cross-sectional study and represents a sub-study of the previous study that examined drug-relatedness of unplanned hospital admissions to University Hospital Hradec Králové in 2018. The data were obtained from electronic medical records. The appropriateness of drug use and drug dosages was analyzed in patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) between 15 and 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 based on comparison with the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC). The...

Pharmacists tend to be part of multidisciplinar teams, they help with decisions concerning therapy of the patient, monitoring, participating in the detection of DRPs and by that helping increase effect and safety of pharmacotherapy. Aim: The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to cteate summary of DRPs which occurs in antidepressant drug group, ATC N06A, and classify these problems using PCNE V5.01 classification. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to detect DRPs in healthcare facility, classify these DRPs using PCNE V5.01 classification and asses their relevance and acceptance of interventions made by clinical pharmacist. Methodology: The data were collected since February 7th to March 7th 2022 at hospital in the Czech republic. In total it was collected data from 68 patients.
