Study of Digitization in the Production Process of a Selected company

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation of the company in terms of automation and digitization of its production process and the subsequent de-sign of measures respecting the principles of lean manufacturing, which aim to help the company achieve its goals and gain a competitive advantage in the market. An integral part of this work is also the subsequent discussion of the conditions necessary for suc-cessful implementation, as well as discussion of the resulting risks and benefits of the proposed measures.

Dolinský, A. Business plan for startup project PlayBallGoal. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2016. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create business plan for project PlayBallGoal using innovative and modern startup methods and its subsequent verification. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical part compiling and comparing different opinions of authors of literature about business planning. Second part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to elaboration and verification of the own business plan with recommendations for its beginnings.
