Comparison of environmental and technological properties of various methods of manufacture of foundry moulds and cores

The roots of foundry manufacture perhaps go back to 2000 BC. Since foundry production in its development has undergone four stages and each of them there was a qualitative jump. From 20 century, the chemicals used in foundry moulds and cores which is the cause producing harmful substances that have a negative impact on the environment. Major sources of harmful substances are just binders, hardeners and catalysts that are needed for bonding of moulding mixture. The third stage deals with the foundry physical processes that are not using today, even though they are most ecological. Nowadays the most used methods Cold-box, Warm-box and Hot-box.

Informedness of high school students about contraception Bachelor thesis deals with the informedness of high school students about contraception. The thesis analyzes the types of contraception and describes it in detail incl. its history. Marginally it concerns induced abortion. It defines the conception of adolescence and contraception. For the surveyed samples of respondents have been chosen students of grammar schools who have been divided into two groups according to their age: a)completed 15 - 17 years and b) completed 18 - 20 years The results from both groups have been compared in tables and diagrams. The knowledge between girls and boys is compared in the second part of the research. Everything is once again compiled in tables and diagrams. The output of this thesis is a brief informed leaflet containing a comprehensive overview of contraception.
