Processing and properties of porous bioceramic materials
David, Jakub ; Ručková, Jana (referee) ; Novotná, Lenka (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the study of bioceramic porous materials. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first part describes biomaterials, their division and use in bone tissue engineering. The second part deals with the requirements of bioceramic support systems (scaffolds). The third section describes methods for the porous structures production. The effort of the practical part was to prepare by method of direct foaming bioceramic porous materials based on calcium phosphate. It studied mainly the affect of the suspension composition on the final properties of the synthesized material. Morphology of materials was also evaluated using scanning electron microscopy. Degradability of materials in simulated body fluid was tested in terms of biological properties.
Protecting the perimeter in extreme conditions, using sensot networks
David, Jakub ; Botta, Miroslav (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of wireless sensor networks, a description of selected types of sensors, listing their features and principle of operation for intrusion detection perimeter. Then there is described design and implementation of a wireless sensor node for intrusion detection perimeter usable in wireless sensor networks.
Electrical energy meter for low DC voltage
David, Jakub ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis was to design and construct an electric power meter designed for low DC voltage (around 50 V and currents up to approximately 20 A) and become familiar with this issue. The electricity meter can run the appliances controlled pulsewidth modulation.
Expropriation of real property
David, Jakub ; Franková, Martina (referee) ; Drobník, Jaroslav (advisor)
88 Resumé The title of this work is Expropriation Of Real Property. I chose this theme because of its magnitude, atractivity and exceptional character. It is a necessary part of legal systems i modern states, really important for thein development. The true essence of this institute consists in involuntery authoritative limitation or total seizure of private as well as public legal subjects`s property. On the other side the expropriation is absolutely subsidiary institut applicable only as the last solution. Property right pertains to the most fundamental human rights. Legal rules which include protection of the proprietary right, mostly includes also posibility to expropriace this right. In international law we can find it in The First Protocol to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In czech legal system the constitutional amendment of the expropriation and also the protection of possesion can be found in Artikle 11 of the Bill of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, besides the Civil Code regulates it too. The legal institute of expropriation is not very old. The ancient Roman law didn`t know it. It would be too big intervention to their conception of absolutely inviolable possesion. The expropriation begins getting into legal systems with an advent of modern...

Censorship of internet in Russia
David, Jakub ; Veber, Jaromír (advisor) ; Klíma, Tomáš (referee)
The target of the thesis to reveal how much is possible to find out the truth about sensitive governmental topics from Russian mass media. In thesis will be compared results from Google and another search engine with results from another countries where that search engines is located. The thesis will be supported by citizen of Russian Federation and employee of anti propagandistic department in Brussels. Theoretical part of thesis will be dealing with censorship on the internet in general and ways how it could be realized. In thesis will be outline opportunities how censorship could be ignored. In practical part will be compared results from Russian search engine with Czech and another theirs American and European versions. Trough tracing will try to find out where exactly come about blocking of data retrieval and handling with results in case it will be manifested
Presentation and communication skills of a manager in the selected subject
David, Jakub ; Tužová, Julie (advisor) ; Řepová, Helena (referee)
The topic of my bachelor's work is presentation and communication skills of managers, who have area sales managers post in the company Mondelez International Czech Republic s.r.o. The work deals with soft skills, which are based on general skills of every person. This work is divided to two parts. One part is theoretic-methodological and the second one is application. The basic terms and knowledge for the topic are clarified in the first part. I used for clarifying it reference books, which are mentioned on the list of literature. In this part you can find research questions too. For the research there is complied methodology, which is necessary for answering the questions. In the application part there is introduction of the company and we can find here results of questionnaire survey and controlled interview. The interview part is including comments and graphs. In the end there is discussion about results and there are suggestions which can improve current situation.
