Financial analysis of FAST ČR, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company FAST ČR, a.s. for the period of 2012 to 2015 together with a forecast of future development. The thesis is divided into three main sections. The first section contains an introduction to the financial analysis and defines the indicators and models used in the second section, which can also be called as a practical part. In this practical part the company is characterized firstly then the financial analysis itself is performed based on external information. In this sections the computed values are compared with the biggest competitor too. In the last part, the forecast of the future development of revenues is drawn up, it is derived from the market and used for planned income statement for the period from 2016 to 2018. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to establish the financial position and health of Technodat, CAE-systémy, s.r.o. To perform the financial analysis, the publicly accesible data from period 2011-2015 are used. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodological and practical. The first part is aimed at defining the methodology of the thesis and the various indicators of financial analysis. Those methods are then applied to the chosen company in the second part in order to perform the financial analysis.

Capital structure changes over business life cycle

The main aim of the thesis is to describe the decision-making mechanism of companies regarding the capital structure over the business life cycle. The study analyses the use of main capital structure theories in practice. Moreover it links the financial theory with the concept of business life cycle. Secondly, the thesis includes detailed comparative analysis of various sources of business financing and their costs, quantification of the costs of capital and analysis of any calculation inaccuracy of this parameter in practice. Finally, the thesis defines the fundamental decision-making formulas about the capital structure in individual phases of life cycle while using the relevant data. The thesis is, on the grounds of research, focused on the trade-off theory and relating calculation of optimal capital structure.

The financial analysis of Hubert J.E., s. r. o.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of Hubert J.E., s. r. o. for the accounting period 2012 - 2016. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation and the health of company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is the methodology of financial analysis, which describes the used sources and methods used for the financial analysis. The second part of the bachelor thesis is a financial analysis of Hubert J.E., s. r. o. At the beginning of the second part is briefly presented the company and its sister company BOHEMIA SEKT, s. r. o. Followed by the horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, the analysis of the ratios, including the comparison with the sister company. At the end of the second part, bankruptcy and credit scoring models are used for both companies.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. for the period 2011-2015, compare selected financial indicators with a competing company, evaluate its financial health and subsequently provide recommendations for financial management. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is methodological, where the various methods and indicators of financial analysis, which are subsequently applied in the second part of the thesis, are theoretically presented. The second part, practical part consists of the financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. This part contains horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of financial ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the course of the thesis the selected ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models are also compared with the competing company Teta drogerie a lékárny ČR, s. r. o. The practical part ends with the SWOT analysis, followed by a conclusion summarizing the results of the financial analysis and possible recommendations for future financial management.

This bachelor thesis's goal is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o. for the period 2011-2015 and forecast its financial results for 2016. With this intention, the thesis contains several chapters. To begin with, the methodical part explains ratios and other methods used to perform the financial analysis. Next, the practical chapter consists of vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and also subchapter with forecasted dairy processor's results for 2016. The sources for this thesis are public year-ending financial statements, annual reports, company's webpage etc.

This bachelor thesis analyses a financial situation of the company in the period 2011-2015. The first part of this thesis represents the methodical introduction. It describes methods, ratio indicators and models which are subsequently used for the practical part of this thesis. In the second part the analysed company is introduced and stated methods are applied on the data of the company. Selected ratio indicators are compared with competitor company for better explanatory power. The final part evaluates the financial health of the company and outline recommendations for its future financial management.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Froněk, spol. s r. o. and to formulate an outline of financial plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Individual methods and indicators of financial analysis and their interpretation are presented in the first methodical part. The second part is application when financial analysis itself was carried out using the defined methods. It includes comparison of the results, explanation and comparison with relevant competitors and the whole sector. Furthermore, the application part include financial plan for the year 2016. At the very and of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the overall financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis presents a financial analysis of Eaton Industries s. r. o. Conduction of the analysis is based on publicly accessible financial statements of years 2010 - 2014. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the company's overall financial situation utilizing the standard methods of financial analysis which include the horizontal and vertical analysis and the financial ratios. Analytical calculations are accompanied with interpretations emphasizing the fundamental understanding of the company's financial statements. Competitiveness of the analyzed company is compared with the industrial averages of CZ NACE 29 and lastly a strategic market analysis is carried out using the Porter's five forces analysis.

In the practical part there is the financial analysis of the company itself, which includes horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, bankruptcy and creditworthy models. Moreover, values of selected financial ratios are compared to industry average. At the end of the practical part, the SWOT analysis is compiled.
