Non-profit organizations and their position in the Czech formal and informal Education

Topic of the diploma thesis is the position of nonprofit and contributory organizations in czech formal and informal education. The theoretical part describes the position of nonprofit organizations in formal and informal education. Attention is paid to definition of the terms non-profit and contributory organization, the concepts of formal and informal education and the laws regulating the action of non-profit and contributory organizations in the field of education in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, the qualitative survey is realized, focused on the position of nonprofit and contributory organizations in the field of formal and informal education from the perspective of their directors. The research based of semi- structured interviews with directors of the nonprofit organizations finds what positive an negative effects influences activities of the stated organizations in formal and informal education and how is the cooperation with state authorities. Among the most important findings is, that the nonprofit sector is fully established in both formal and informal education in the Czech Republic, the availibility of grants is good, although the administrative burden is very high. (English version) Title: Elaboration of complex conception of a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Objectives: Create an instruction manual how to organize a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Methods: For reaching the objectives I chose a SWOT analysis and also interview as the proper methods. Results: The dissertation shows the possibilities how to organize an international sport event more effectively and brings a short instruction manual how to organize a similar sport event. The literary research contains an overview of works on similar topics, a description of gamification and information about used resources. The main part consists of analysis of the current system, design, implementation a testing of modules for sending e-mail messages a for receiving messages from Amazon SQS.

Testing and Analysis of a Broaching Machine

This master's thesis deals with the broaching technology. Theoretical part includes the essay about the technology, tools and machines used for broaching. Theoretical part also describes the analysis of the broaching machine testing. Practical part is focused on the collecting, comparing and analysis of the data. These data have been collected during and after the broaching process. The supplier of the new analysed broaching machine is Stenhoj Hydraulik and the older machine has been made by Arpini. The measurements show that the increased number of broached pieces influence the cutting force and the quality of the surface due to wear of the tool which has been also monitored. The measuring dimension through the ball is almost constant. In the conclusion we evaluated the economical aspect of the results.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company XY s. r. o. The income capitalisation approach of discounted cash flow and conomic value added were used for the estimation of the value of the company. There are stated theoretical assumptions and the process of estimation of the value of company in the introduction of the work. The practical part consists of strategic, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan. At the end of the work the particular valuation methods are applied and in the conclusion there is reported the statement of value of the company at 31.12.2018.

Manufacture of a fork for automatic tool changing of CNC machines

This bachelor's thesis deals with the manufacturing of tool change forks from the tool magazine of Mikron 1150U. By this method several pieces would be produced for Chotěbořské strojírny a.s. due to save money. At first fork would be introduced and economic point of view, then this thesis would be focus to production of a 3D model,compilation of a technological procedure and manufacturing trial piece. Manufactruing is made by 3-axis machining centre Mikron VCP800. In the end the trial part would be checked and evaluated.

This thesis deals with the issue of air pollution, emission of solid substance in the large-scale poultry. Compares the level of surface contamination inside the breeding facility, depending on the age of the poultry. The measurements were carried out in accordance with the applicable methodology for the evaluation and the determination of the concentration of dust particles PM10 in the selected large-scale poultry. Measurement was carried out in a large-scale broiler Farma u lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně. The aim of this work was to obtain a measurement and then evaluate the data obtained. The measurements were carried out in two rounds to measure two size fractions of solid pollutants. The DUST TRAK 8530, borrowed by the faculty, was used to measure the solid dust particles in bulge. Further, the thesis also describes description and measurement methodology with this device.
