The subject of thesis is to devise an incentive program for concrete company. The thesis first describes the theoretical knowledge on this issue, which have been prepared on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part is focused on the description of MEGATECH Industries Ltd. and analysis of the current incentive program. To obtain information from the staff was used a survey. In the last part of thesis are describes proposals for improving the current situation.

Revitalization of specific areas of industrial and military brownfields

There is explained the term ''brownfield'' in the first part of this thesis and then there are described types, classifications, methods of mapping, opportunities of revitalization and their financing. The second part is focused on a real, industrial and military brownfield in the South-Bohemian region, his history and a potential utilization in the years to come.

Marketingová koncepce jako faktor ovlivňující rozhodování uchazečů o studium na střední odborné škole

Bachelor's degree diploma work maps issues concerning marketing of technical high school in relation to decision making of study applicants on this specific kind of educa-tional institution. In the theoretical part, there is described the issue of marketing and marketing communication in the field of technical high school education and options of transmitting information to potencial applicants, this description is based on research of available proffessional literature. Methods used in the theoretical part are research of available literature, analysis, com-paring and synthesis of found information. The objective of practical part is to establish, which forms of marketing communication have the most signifficant impact on the de-cision of potential students to study a speciffic high school. A questionnaire was used for the data collecting. Questionnaire research was concluded among first-year students of selected fields at Masaryk high school of agriculture and Higher technical school in Opava. The results of mentioned questionnaire research were evaluated by basic statis-tical procedures.

Construction of photovoltaic power plants in the Třeboňsko Protected Area

Number of photovoltaic power plants increased rapidly in the Czech Republic in the years 2009 and 2010. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to review the legal limits of the construction in the studied area, the ratio of permitted buildings in Třeboňsko Natural Protected Area and outside this area. Then to find out the decisive kriteria of the stakeholders who participate on the permition procedure or to determine other factors that could influence the results of the permition procedure. The construction of photovoltaic power plants affects the landscape character in Třeboňsko protected area. Třeboňsko protected area was compared with Trhosvinensko, Lipnicko and Stráž nad Nežárkou areas. The number of the planned plant buildings in both areas, the issued number of positive and negative statements with the justification included, the functional utilization of the area for the construction of the photovoltaic power plant, the number of the issued decisions in the individual years and the comparison of realized photovoltaic power plants in the monitored areas was monitored. It was found during the evaluation that the positive decisions were issued for the areas where the landscape has been already disrupted by the other constructions in the past. The negative decisions were issued for construction of the photovoltaic power plant in the open landscape. Only the intentions in former industrial or agricultural sites and in the urban areas were implemented.
