Title: The Motivation of Players in Volleyball Training The Aim of The Thesis: The aim of the thesis is to find out which motivation factors are the most importatnt for the players during the volleyball training. We will compare these informations with coaches results. We will also compare differences in results between boys and girls. We will create suggestion for coaches based on received information. This suggestion can be helpfull in solving motivation problems in volleyball training. Method: Experiment will be provided by using quantitative questionnaires established for volleyball players and their coaches. The problems of the technical and tactical skills in a training of young football players

Name of the task: The problems of the technic and tactics skills in a training of young football player Object of this task: My aim in this work is to describe problems in a training football players at the age of 10 - 12 regarding technic and tactics skills in foreign football school and to compare its approaches with the football school in Czech Republic. I decide to use qualitative method for this research. In the conclusive part I deduce the results of the trainig process based on the developed facts and I propose the alternation to contemporary approach in the conception of the training young football players. Method: It is qualitative research which used datas collecting information from a special and professional literature, specialized and experts Czech and foreign books, scientific magazines which are avalaible in the UK FTVS Library and the databases like Medline, ERIC a Sport Diskus and public accessible internet documents. Findings: The description of the training technic and tactics skills (mainlypractices and improvement). Metoda: Analyza se provadela na zaklade neprimeho strukturovaneho pozorovani DVD zaznamu pofizenych z pfimych pfenosu z Australian Open 2009. Jednalo se o kvantitativni vyzkum s vyuzitim carkovaci metody v zaznamovych arsich. Vlastni analyza vsech utkani byla provedena deskriptivni metodou. 1. TITLE OF THE THESIS Jump training in volleyball in young-age categories 2. ABSTRACT AND KEY WORDS The problem statement: The requirements for the jump height, i.e. the level of explosive force of legs in the vertical direction, are great in volleyball. Therefore, it is necessary to develop this movement ability already in young-age categories that are best disposed for it and where the highest efficiency increase may be expected. To stimulate them properly, various means may be applied; however, at the same time many principles of young sportsmen training must be respected. The aim of the thesis: The aim of this thesis is to focus on the issue of jump development in young-age categories. Moreover, we would like to present various options of particular means and methods in current training of these categories. Finally, we would like to offer other options which may be used for the development of this movement skill in volleyball. Tennis education of children in selected Prague tennis schools

Title: Tennis education ofchildren in selected Prague tennis schools. Aim of the study: Survey ofthe actual situation in the tennis education ofchildren at the age of 5 to 9 years in the Prague region. Method: For this purpose, the questionnaires for three categories of respondents were elaborated: trainers, children and parents. The answers were summarized and evaluated according to the appropriate categories ofquestions. Results: Our study summarizes for the first time the situation in the education of the youngest groups ofchildren in the Prague region. It follows from our results that there is a considerable interest in the tennis education and sufficient number of schools and tennis courts, most of them have even an appropriate background. The majority of trainers realize that children require specific treatment, stimulating their interest. The children prefer competitions, training and theoretical preparation seem to be for them substantially less attractive. The parents are very interested in the tennis education of their children; they are able to invest a surprisingly high amount of money for this purpose. B) Kategorizovat zjištěné poznatky a navrhnout opatření pro tréninkový proces, která by přispěla ke zlepšení herního výkonu. Metoda: Použili jsme metody nepřímého pozorování pomocí videozáznamu.V šetření jsme využili kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy "chybných řešení" objevujících se v obranné fázi u vybraných utkání mužstva FC Chlesea v Lize mistrů. Výsledky: Analýza utkání odhalila opakující se skutečnosti v chybném herním výkonu mužstva při obranné fázi hry.Z této skutečnosti lze vyvodit požadavky, které jsou kladeny na současné hráče elitní výkonnosti. The Influence of Selected Game Strategies on the Results of Top Level Volleyball Matches

Purpose of Work: The influence of selected game strategies on top level volleyball match results Object of Work: An analysis of passing quality and defensive combinations used by the Czech National Team against its opponents in Volleyball European Championship in 2001 and 2005 Hypothesis: The quality of passing the ball should be beneficial in defeating their opponents. Their team will have less success in an offensive stroke and our defensive combination should have higher rates of success based upon the guality of passing. Method: We analyzed videotaped matches from the Volleyball European Championship in 2001 and 2005. We have watched seven matches from 2001 and five matches from 2005. We have used subjective point scale to record the exact data from these videotaped matches. Results: The matches from Volleyball European Championship 2001 were more successful for the Czech National Team on all points from the hypothesis. The defensive combinations against the opponenst were much better than the matches analyzed in the Volleyball European Championship in 2005 Key word: Volleyball, passing, block, defence, team
