The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is a plan of ventilation for the shopping centre. Devices are designed so they meet operational, functional and hygienic requirements in considered spaces. The theoretical part aims to noise reduction in the ventilation.
Environmentally friendly office building in Židlochovice

The aim of this thesis is to design an environmentally friendly office building in Židlochovice. It is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the architectural and structural design of the building. The second part deals with the design of the building services. The third part is focused on the comparison of results of the energy performance certificate developed in DEKSOFT and in Energie 2020 by Svoboda software. The building has two above-ground floors and with a flat extensive green roof and it is design is at the building permit phase. On the first floor there is an electronics store, adjacent warehouse and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are offices with sanitary facilities. The load-bearing walls and partitions are made of ceramic blocks. The floor structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, which is located on the roof of the building. The building has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Mechanic ventilation units are located in a technical room situated on the second floor. Cooling is provided by fancoils. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof of the building.
