Tax audit - comparison of legislative regulation according to code of tax administration and code of tax procedure Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the current tax administration regulation with respect to tax audit. The reason for my research is the fact that in the present, two codes concerning tax administration are being in force. The first one - Act No. 337/1992 Coll., as subsequently amended, Code of Tax Administration - is currently effective. Due to the fact that this code was prepared and approved in the hectic nineties of the last century, it has been suffering of several shortcomings. Some of its terms were not defined properly, some articles were not completely clear. Because this was an undesirable situation with a vast potential to negatively affect rights of its recipients, the code had to be completed and interpreted both by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. These were the main reasons for the development of a completely new code instead of just another amendment. The focus of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a construction. The construction is a department store with eight residential units - a multifunctional building. The proposed building has five floors, a basement with cellars for each apartment, parking spaces for visitors of the department store, and independent mechanical parking system for residents of the building. The first floor is comprised of technical room, bicycle shed, and also a pharmacy, bakery, and florist with separate entrances. The second floor serves as a cafe with a terrace and sanitary facilities. There is also a drugstore and a clothing store. The other three floors are used for accommodation, comprising of eight apartments in total. The fifth floor consists of one apartment and a terrace for all residents. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeletal structure with a monolithic ceiling and stair slabs. Ceramic blocks are used as infill masonry as well as internal masonry. The roof is designed as flat walkable with concrete paving or as non-walkable with gravel, which is graded according to the floor.
Mental Health Center

The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of a new mental health center. The mental health center is a brand new low-treshold element in the system for people with mental ilness. The building is located in Prague, Hrdlořezy, district of the Capital City of Prague. The building is a detached house, it has three floors, and one partial underground level. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, administrative facilities, a bed unit, a dining area and last but not least, space for group and individual therapies. On the second and third floor, there are again bed units, administrativ facilities, but also space for leisure activities. The basement of the building consists of the technical backround of the building together with storage space. The proposed building is made up of cubic masses forming a rectangular floor plan with large undercovered atrium penetrating the center of the entire building. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton [frame on a base slab]. The skeleton infill masonry is designed from clay blocks. The roofing of this building is designed with a flat green vegetation roof.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a newbuilt multifunctional building in Považská Bystrica. The multifunkcional building is designed as a three-storey without basemen. In the first ground floor there are dental and gynecological surgeries with facilites, a cafe and director's office. In the second there are office spaces with facilities for rent. On the level of the third floor there are two-rooms flats and one four-room flat, while there are also storage spaces for each of the flats. The building of the multifunctional house is based on reinforced concrete foundations. The vertical construction system consist of reinforced concrete perimeter walls and perimeter reinforced concrete columns in combination with an internal load-bearing walls of the reinforcing core of the building. The partition walls are designed as a plasterboard walls. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete prestressed panels. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat one-layer roof. The roof of the terrace consist of an extensive vegetation flat one-layer roof. The roofing of the awning at the main entrance to the building is design as a reinforced concrete monolithic console with one-layer flat roof a skylight. The building is insulated with the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The façade of the communication core of the building is made of brick cladding. The rest of the façade is made of a thin layer white plaster.
Children's Home

The thesis focuces on project documentation for a construction project with the aim to design home for children under institutional care. Located on the outskirts of Skuteč, the building is three-storey, detached and partially basemented. The basement area lays on the slab foundations and the first floor on strip foundations. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks and local reinforced concrete columns while horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs and wooden trusses over the gym. The building is covered by a vegetated flat roof. The building houses six residential units for six family groups with a total capacity of 43 children. The basement includes gym and fitness with technical facilities. The first floor consists of three residential units, changing rooms for the gym and kitchen with facilities. The second floor houses remaining three residential units, offices and the refectory. The upper floor is used for children´s education and entertainment.
Multifunctional building

The aim of diploma thesis is to design and create a project documentation of a multifunctional building. The building is situated in Banská Bystrica in a slightly sloping terrain. The building is divided into 3 parts - A, B, C, that are connected by 2 floors of underground garages and the first floor, where are situated commercial premises. There are apartments located on the next 5 floors, 18 of them in each part, with a layout of 2+kk and 3+kk. The load-bearing system of this building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton, supplemented by reinforced concrete and masonry perimeter walls. The roof is flat and rugged, partly walkable and partly covered with gravel and vegetation. The overall character of the building fits into the surrounding buildings.
Firehouse

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate design documentation for the construction of a newly-built firehouse. The building is designed in the cadastral area of Lažínky. The plot is located on the outskirts of the village, in an area that slightly slopes to the south-east. The building is designed as one floor with a partial second floor and a partial cellar. The function of the firehouse is to create the base for the fire unit of the SDH category JPO V. Furthermore, the object concerns an assembly hall with the capacity of 80 guests. The documentation also deals with a parking lot with a total capacity of 31 parking spaces and turning point for cars and buses. The building is based on plain concrete strips. The basement perimeter walls will be made of permanent formwork. Other vertical structures will be made of clay masonry. The reinforced concrete cavity ceiling panels will be used for the floor structures. The roofing is designed as a warm flat roof.

This master thesis deals with designing sports center in Havlíčkův Brod. It is an individually standing object, which is located on plot No. 653/1 in Havlíčkův Brod, in cadastre unit Havlíčkův Brod. The object of the sports center has two above-ground floor and basement. In the basement are designed storage spaces and underground garage. Vertical structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame, space between columns is made of ceramic blocks and reinforced water-resistant walls. Horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The foundations are designed as a cast-in-place foundation slab serves waterproofing basement. The roof is designed as a warm flat green roof. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Wellness Hotel

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a newbuilt wellness hotel located in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is designed as a non-basement one with three floors. It is visually divided into several parts. On the first floor there are two operational parts – a wellness and a restaurant. On the second and third floor there are small apartments for temporary guests' accommodation. The building foundations are made of concrete and reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structure is made of aerated concrete blocks and sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof of the first floor is designed as a one-layer flat extensive green roof. The roofing of a main reception is designed by a sloping roof and the third floor as three adjoining sloping roofs. These roofs are formed by a system of aerated concrete roof panels and a water-dissipating layer of folded sheet metal. The building is insulated with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The part of the facade consist of facade cladding strips and part of the render of light color.
