Green Party in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany

The bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical definition of green parties in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany between 1990 and 2013. These two political parties will be compared on the grounds of a theoretical framework. The work focuses primarily on the historical context, the development of the green parties, their origin, typology, political orientation, basic program, organizational structure, membership, electorate and presenting in new media. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to compare two differently evolving political parties with similar ideological basis and to analyse their differences in selected aspects.

Marketing Communication of Fair Trade brand

The target of this bachelor?s work was to analyze the marketing communication of the Fair Trade brand in a selected retail shop and to find out how customers of the shop respond to this campaign. The subject of a research has become the retail of Marks & Spencer in Lannova Street in České Budějovice. The first part of the work is based on the theoretical foundations of the specialized literature which are used in the next section. The practical part describes the marketing communication of the brand of Fair Trade in the shop which was based of observation. The target of changes is to support marketing communication of the Fair Trade brand in the shop of Marks & Spencer in Lannova Street in České Budějovice.

This bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection in internet shopping. The aim is to pick the particular legal regulations relating to internet shopping and identify seller duties and buyer rights in liability for defects. The part of the thesis deals also with consumer disputies, their solving and organizations helping with their solving. The last part is concerned about analysis of internet shopping including questionnaire survey and analysis of selected internet shops.

A Linguistic Analysis of the Baroque Text

This diploma thesis continues in my bachelor work. It´s topic was the analysis of three preachments by Daniel Nitsch from the collection called Berla královská Jezu Krista (1709). The purpose of the task was to make an analysis of phonetic appearances in these preachments and to find out the presence of spoken components in author´s language. The topic of my diploma thesis is the morphological analysis of the preachment called Já hlas volajícího na poušti by the same writer. There will be observed especially searched appearances different from the present Czech. This research might continue with the analysis of the composition or stylistics. The work is divided into two parts ? the theory and the research. The first one deals with the life and work of Daniel Nitsch, the brief charakteristics of the baroque period, the definition of the baroque Czech, the progress of humanism and baroque grammars, level of the contemporary language and the orthografical codification of humanism Czech. The research includes the morphological analysis of the text and the statistic formulation of the number of searched appearances. The purpose of the analysis is to find out the level of Czech language at the beginning of the 18th century on the base of the findings and graphic data.

The work is divided into two parts {--} the theory and the research. The first one deals with the life and work of Daniel Nitsch, the brief charakteristics of the baroque period, the definition of the genre of the preachment and the phonological codification of humanism Czech. The research includes the phonological analysis of all three texts and the statistic formulation of the number of searched appearances.

The theme of this thesis is a business plan. The first part contains a theoretical description of the business plan and all its essentials. The second part of the work deals with composing a factual business plan of EB-Invest company. The plan is designed to purchase and reconstruction of building in the town of Tábor. Reconstruction occurs multifunctional building with apartments and commercial spaces for rent. The purpose of the plan is to assess wheather this project will be economically efficient for the company.
