Process of Recruitment and its Relation to the Perception of the Organization by Graduate Candidates

The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. Life Goals In Relation to Age and Generativity

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of life goals and their relation to the age and generativity of the individual. In the theoretical part, the life goals are presented in the context of motivation and values, personal well-being and meaningfulness of life. Classification of life goals and selected life goals theories and research methods are also presented. In addition, the diploma thesis deals with the subject of lifelong development and significant milestones in relation to life goals. In connection with Erikson's theory of psychosocial development, concept of generativity and parenthood as one of the elements linked to generativity are also introduced. The empirical part of the diploma thesis aims at verifying the relationship between life goals of a person, his / her age and generativity, respectively, whether the preferences of the life goals are more related to the age of the individual or to his / her attained level of generativity, namely in the period of young adulthood and middle-age when generability is developing. Another sub- goal of the empirical part of the thesis is to find out the relation between the preference of life goals and parenthood. Azaphthalocyanines (AzaPc) are macrocyclic compounds with large system of conjugated bonds and are therefore used as dyes and pigments. Their potential as diagnostic and therapeutic means is also under intensive examination. The aim of this thesis is a synthesis of precursors for cyclotetramerization of asymmetric fluorescent tetrapyrazinoporphyrazines (TPyzPz) via solid phase method bearing two various moieties, one suitable for binding to solid phase and the other intended for binding of the final TPyzPz to oligonucleotides. At the beginning of the thesis, basic terms related to AzaPc are defined. Also the main principles of synthesis of TPyzPz as well as possible modifications of their final structure are discussed. The Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluate the financial situation of the company under the fictitious name of ABC, s. r. o. with the financial indicators for last five years. All data used for the analysis is based on the documentation provided by the company, such as a balance sheet and profit and loss account. Suggestions for improving the current situation of the company are carried out the basis of the analysis.

This master´s thesis deals with problems of transformation of financial statements prepared in accordance with Czech accounting regulations on the financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. In the first section of the thesis elaborated theoretical work, in the second part contains a translation of financial statements of an entity selected and defined by the conclusions of both systems for reporting financial information.
Occupational stress and coping strategies

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the general concept of stress and its biological and psychological aspects. There are defined the specific signs of occupational stress, operating stressors and other context. Attention is also paid to coping strategies; the thesis presents some well-known theories of coping and their description. The thesis also deals with methods of research in the field of stress and coping strategies and it also presents basic information about the target group of assistants, who play an important role in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of case studies of workers on assistant positions. The case studies investigate the nature of their work and following stressors, subjective assessment of work-related stress and preference of coping strategies. In the final discussion, there are defined common features identified in case studies and they are confronted with theoretical background. 1 Abstract The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the definition of career from its traditional concept to the present and on the issue of career development. Attention is paid to the developmental aspects of career and the theories of career stages. An important part of the thesis is formed by the presentation of factors influencing the career development, including the personality traits and other individual factors, for example gender and age perspective, intercultural context of career development or the work-life balance. The practical part presents the research design focused on some aspects of the career of the individual (satisfaction with career, importance of further career development, expectations of future career changes) and their connection with basic demographic factors and the personality type by J. Coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency

The goal of thesis is identify coaching and practical experience in the workplace. Base of the thesis is on coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency. Subsequent study focus on the specific workplace where is already practice coaching. Thesis is divided in two parts. The theoretical part defines the terms coaching, coach and team coaching, wich are used in practical part. Practical part is consist of data obtain on basis of survey in specific workplace and transcription of coach interview based on which evaluated the effectiveness of coaching.
