Unconventional Methods for Interacting with a Robotics Workplace
Dvořák, Jakub ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Materna, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on non-traditional methods of interaction with a robotic workplace, with an emphasis on camera tracking of the user, control of the workplace using camera outputs and human-robot interaction. The main focus of the work is the integration of Azure Kinect, a human detection device, into the ARCOR2 robot programming system. This thesis presents an extension to ARCOR2 that uses Azure Kinect to obtain information about the users' location and motion, which is then used to control the workplace using gestures, and explores the possibilities of interacting with the robot workplace. This extension enables easier and more natural human-workplace interaction, contributing to more effective use of robots in industry and research. The result of this work is a functional system for tracking the user with a camera, including the possibility of using this information to program the robotic workstation. The result of the work further increases the efficiency of human-robot interactions and opens the door for further innovations in robot programming using the ARCOR2 system.
Self-Supervised Learning for Recognition of Sports Poses in Image
Konvoluční neuronová síť naučená s pomocí funkce triplet loss zakóduje sportovní pozice do latentních vektorů a plně propojená neuronová síť tyto vektory klasifikuje.

Fusion of Radar and Visual Data for Remote Sensing
Robotic Workplace Programming Using Microsoft HoloLens 2
Hiadlovská, Simona ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Bambušek, Daniel (advisor)
This thesis focuses on usability of mixed reality head-mounted display - Microsoft HoloLens in programming a robotic workplace. Use of the headset is demonstrated by created user interface. The thesis builds on the existing user interface-- AREditor connected to ARServer. It allows the user to add and manipulate with 3D objects of robots and collision objects to the workplace scene. Subsequently, users can add specific tasks to the created scenes, in which they can use 3D action objects and action points to determine the type of action and the place of its execution. User can combine actions by links that determine the order in which actions are performed. All functions are available in a simple menu, which is displayed to the user whenever he looks at his hand. The resulting user interface is tested using user experiments, where the participants of the experiment tested the designed user interface and the existing AREditor interface in simple tasks.
Image Super-Resolution Using Deep Learning
Mojžiš, Tomáš ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a deep neural net capable of super-resolution on images acquired by electron microscopes. The thesis consists of two parts - finding appropriate data and creating a dataset for the super-resolution task and designing a neural net architecture capable of solving the super-resolution task. Within the thesis, two datasets comprised of images acquired by electron microscopes were created. The datasets differ in the approach to data augmentation. They allow to train a neural network which fulfills the super-resolution task. To solve this task, two U-Net based and one GAN based architecture were trained. The resolution of images was upscaled by a factor of two and four. The best artificially upscaled images were created by neural network Real-ESRGAN. The values of metrics were not higher than the tested interpolation method, but the images seem more visually pleasing especially when they were upscaled four times. Thanks to this thesis, two datasets were created allowing to train other possible neural network architectures to improve the quality of the artificially upscaled images. The neural networks trained in this thesis can be utilized in the process of acquiring higher quality data from low resolution electron microscope images.
Detection of changes in the scene captured by the drone at different times
Vo svojej práci som vytvoril aplikáciu využívajúcu najlepšie rekonštrukčné nástroje súčasnosti, ktorá dáva používateľovi možnosť nahrávať dáta, usporiadavať ich do letov, rekonštruovať ich do trojdimenzionálnych modelov a zobrazovať rozdiely v objeme medzi letmi v rôznych časoch.
Safe Drone Reconnaissance Based on Smart Trajectory Following
Ferencz, Adam ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
Drone pilots often have to keep an eye on multiple things at once while performing a reconnaissance mission. First and foremost, the pilot has to keep an eye on the drone, but in addition to that, he or she is also observing something, keeping an eye on the image, the drone's orientation, speed, and obstacles. The goal of this work is to create an assistance algorithm that makes it easier for the pilot to watch the safe position of the drone. The work presents a novel method revising the pilot's commands to keep the drone "safely close" to a predefined flight path. This allows the pilot to focus more on accomplishing the mission objectives rather than directly and safely controlling the drone.       The output of this work is a novel method and its experimental application that has been user-tested. For testing, an AirSim simulator was integrated into the system, in which the user completes a mission first without correction enabled and then with it. In the user tests, the goal was to successfully complete the reconnaissance mission. Pilots spent 55 % of the time outside the defined safe area when flying without correction, and only 5 % when flying with the assistant. Test users reported that the solution helped them most in maintaining altitude and staying on the centre of the path.
System for Capturing and Administration of New Shots of Historical Photographs
Ryšavý, Tomáš ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Čadík, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is to develop a system for the management and creation of historical photographs and their rephotographs, which are modern images taken from the same place as their historical models were taken. Identical objects are precisely aligned in historical photography and its rephotography. This system consists of a web application based on the output of Martin Sikora's master's thesis and a mobile application based on the output of Adam Červenka's bachelor's thesis. The goal is to expand and publish a web application that allows users to add or search for historical photos or their rephotos. Users also can use the editor to create collages. The mobile application was also redesigned to expand the possibilities of the web application with the possibility of direct taking of photographs from a mobile device using an algorithm to make it easier to find the original place from which the historical photograph was taken.
Automatic Detection of Eye Retinal Pathologies
Segmentace tvrdých exsudátů, měkkých exsudátů, hemoragií a mikroaneuryzmat dosáhla hodnot AUC-PR 74%, 50%, 45% a 33%, v daném pořadí.
