Impact of Global Economic Crisis on the Current International Migration (With Special Regard to Czechia and the Mladá Boleslav District)

The works deals with the issue of impact of global economic crisis on the current international migration, with special regard to Czechia and Mladá Boleslav district. The first part is devoted to migration theory and analysis of literature that deals of impact of economic crisis on migration flows, on immigrants themselves, on host communities and labour markets and on sending countries. In the following part of the work are analyzed the results of empirical research. The aim was determine impact current global economic crisis on migrants working on Mladá Boleslav district. The methods of empirical research was a questionnaire survey and interviews. Respondents were mostly immigrants from Slovakia. The Mystery of Jesus Christ's Life in Reflections of Guests and Staff of Radio Proglas

The mystery of Jesus Christ's life in reflections of guests and staff of Radio Proglas The thesis is written at the Department of Dogmatic and Fundamental Theology of Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University in Prague under the lead of prof. Ctirad V. Pospíšil, Th.D. The main source of author's research is the collection of 230 minutes of Radio Proglas programme called "Myšlenka na den" (The Thought of the Day). This collection is analyzed form the point of the view of Christology and soteriology. The second source is the theological literature, especially the prof. Ctirad V. Pospíšil's monography Jesus of Nazareth, Lord and Saviour, which is used as the theoretical base of the thesis. This theoretical base is illustrated by appropriate texts from the programme "Myšlenka na den". "Myšlenka na den" is the everyday programme: a reflection, where its author contemplates and comments the events of the civic and liturgical year. It is a personal reflection of people of Christian faith. The authors of "Myšlenka na den", guests and staff of Radio Proglas, are in 90 per cents of Roman Catholic confession. Thesis, theme: Assets Author: Jana Beránková English Summary Assets in the insolvency proceedings is the subject of the submitted thesis. Assets is one of the fundamental legal institutions in insolvency proceeding, which forms the basis of the solution of the bankruptcy. Thanks to the precise definition of assets, accurately defined inventory of assets, and its breakdown (in relation to the debtor, creditors, and other persons), there is a fundamental and qualitative change as opposed to the legislation of the law on bankruptcy and settlement. This significant change occurred on the day of January the first 2008, when the Czech law of insolvency entered a new phase. The new insolvency act was passed, and at the same time the law on bankruptcy and settlement was invalidated. The new legislation does not solve bankruptcy only of the bankruptcy and composition, it uses the general concept of defaults that suggests this is a completely different solution concept. The insolvency area is understood much more comprehensively. The bankruptcy act use not the term "bankruptcy", but the assets. It's completely new term and new defininition of contents, not just the change of the name. In the original treatment the term bankruptcy applies onl y to the bankruptcy proceedings. Patient of doctor Hegel and period maiden stories

This thesis is primarily focused on the Marie Pujmanova's book "Patient of Doctor Hegel" and its comparison based on selected works of contemporary literature for women and girls in 1920s and 1930s. The problems of the genre of popular literature, its particularities and trends are briefly described in the introduction chapter. Furthermore, the most important writers of our area are mentioned here too. The main part of the thesis is given to the analysis of the book "Patient of Doctor Hegel", the differences between the first and following adapted editions and moreover the movie version.
