Residential building

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction of the apartment house. The apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the municipality of Stanoviště. The apartment building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain, has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is used for house equipment, there is a cellar, a pram room, a utility room, a games room and a cleaning room. The remaining four floors are used for housing, there are 12 housing units. The vertical supporting structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks HELUZ, insulated with ETICS contact insulation along the perimeter. Masonry is based on plain concrete foundations. Vertical supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is formed as a flat single-skinned roof.
Home for senior, Chotěboř - Na Koubku

In my diploma thesis I elaborated a project for realization of the building. Its content is a home for the elderly, which is a three-storey building, where the first floor is designed as an operating section with a doctor's surgery, a medical equipment rental and a dining room with a kitchen. The remaining two above-ground floors are designed as 1 + KK or 1 + 1 flats. Each balcony is designed for each apartment. Further, there are nurses on these floors. The building is designed as brickwork made of brick blocks with additional mineral insulation thermal insulation, the roof structure being solved using pre-prestressed concrete reinforced concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is designed from flat sloping wedges.
New building family house with engeneer´s office

This thesis describes of design a new building family house with engineer’s office situated in Boršov. It is a two storey building with one living cell to 4 people and office. House is designed from brick system and his roof is designed as flat. The roof above office is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislation and standards.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with a new family house with veterinary attendance in the village Pstruží. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with two floors and basement. Spaces for veterinary medicine are located in the basement. Two floors are intended for occupancy 4-5 persons.
New building family house

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%.
Sports centre in Velké Meziříčí

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new sports center with a specialization in the field of health technology. The building will be located in the town of Velké Meziříčí, on the street Školní and will be located on the plot 5917/16 with a total area of 17 820,2 m2. The total built-up area of the proposed building is 919,88 m2. The object is designed as stand-alone. It has a ragged shape, which consists of three adjoining rectangles, has two above ground floors with a partial basement. The building will be based on concrete foundation girders. The support system is chosen as a brick longitudinal with reinforcing walls. Perimeter masonry will be designed from cut ceramic blocks in above-ground floors and lost formwork in the basement. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels. The entire building is designed with a ventilated facade of two types of cement-bonded slabs. The grille of the ventilated facade will be made of glass fiber fiberglass. The roof of the building is designed as flat single-skinned. The building is designed for sports, including a sports bar and a clubhouse, which are open to the general public. There are 40 parking spaces, of which 3 for people with reduced mobility. During processing the emphasis was put on the appropriate layout, building-technical and architectural design and safe use of the building.
The flat - building with office space

The subject of diploma work is the design of residential building with office space in Uničov. This is a five-story building with one underground floor and four storeys. The building is divided into two almost identical parts interconnected communication space. Bearing structures in the underground parts are made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The above-ground part is used a brick wall system KM Beta SENDWIX. For communication space is used columned longitudinal system. The building is covered double-walled surface roof.

This bachelor s thesis deals with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Vranov. The building is designed as a two storey building, situated in absolutely leveled terrain, which opens to the south. The entrance is located in the central part of the house, oriented to the nord. In the first floor, there are communication facilities which also provide access to the garrage and technical basement, as well as the kitchen, dining room and the living room. This space is also the way to enter the second floor, which contains the private zone, in adition to the bedroom, children s room, guest room and two bathrooms. Vertical constructions are designed of hollow bricks without the need of any thermal insulation. Floor structures are rib- and-filler refabricated. The building is covered with a 3% slope flat roof.
The family house in Mrákotín

This bachelor´s thesis deals with a project documentation of a family house for four to five-member family. The house is situated in Vysočina, in the village Mrákotín. The object is designed as a two-storey basement. The object is covered with a saddle roof and the roof above the garage is implemented as a flat green.
New Building hotel in Valasske Mezirici

This master’s thesis addresses the design concept of the new hotel building located in Valašské Meziříčí, a town located in the Zlín region of the Czech Republic. The hotel building consists of a total of 21 accommodation units, a restaurant, and a cafe. The accommodation units vary from double rooms and triple rooms to three-person apartments with a kitchen – providing an accommodation capacity of a total of 47 guests. The hotel is designed as a building with a cellar that consists of one underground and four above-ground floors. The parking spaces for guests and employees are located on the ground floor together with technical equipment such as ventilation systems and utility rooms. The first floor is divided into two parts – the hotel’s operational space and the guest’s section. These two parts are structurally divided with a separate access entrance leading to each part. The operational part consists of facilities for employees, kitchens with food storage rooms, and hotel management offices. The guest area is comprised of an entrance hall with a reception, a restaurant, and sanitary facilities. On the second floor, there is a cafe with a terrace, storage for bedding, a hotel lounge as well as seven accommodation units oriented to the southwest. The third floor consists of a freely accessible terrace, bedding storage, and a lounge. There are also another seven accommodation units with balconies and a two-person apartment with a kitchen. Apart from another the bedding storage and the lounge room, the fourth floor also has two two-room apartments with a kitchen and a balcony for three people. There are also four more accommodation units with a balcony that can house 2-3 people. The thermal insulation of the building is solved by the external thermal insulation composite system, internationally referred to by the abbreviation ETICS. The basalt wool insulation facade panels is used as the main thermal insulator on the external walls of the entire building.
