The Proposal Modern Inventory Practices in Mlékárně Valašské Meziříčí s. r. o.

This Bachelor thesis deals with an optimization of inventory checking procedures in a distribution warehouse of Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s. r. o. The most important improvements are optimized products stocktaking and decrease of discarded product due to a exceeded expiry date. First part of the thesis presents necessary theory. Second part describes an actual situation in the warehouse and his biggest issues. Last part describes concept of improvements of current state in the mentioned warehouse with economic analysis of costs and the supposed savings during five year period.

The main aim of this rigorous thesis is to describe and analyze current state of law of neighbour law within Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code and subsequently Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code with perceived effectiveness to 1.1.2014. The thesis deals with possible interferences to the law of owners, mostly owners of neighbour's immovable things and protection from these interferences. Then the rigorous thesis contains excursion into regulation of neighbour law in Germany and Great Britain.
